  Датская SBM Offshore продаст водолазное судно OS Installer AS

  Датская SBM Offshore заключила соглашение с OS Installer AS (недавно созданное совместное предприятие Ocean Yield ASA, 75%, и SBM Offshore, 25%) о продаже за $150 млн своего судна обеспечения водолазных и строительных работ на морских сооружениях DSCV SBM Installer. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба SBM Offshore. 
  
  Участники сделки подписали меморандум о взаимопонимании, по которому SBM Offshore берет судно в долгосрочный бербоут-чартер сроком на 12 лет. По условиям соглашения компания-фрахтователь сможет купить зафрахтованное судно через 5 лет периода фрахта. Ожидается, что сделка будет закрыта до конца этого года и подлежит окончательному соглашению по финансированию сделки банком.
  
  Судно DSCV SBM Installer - это современное многоцелевое судно обеспечения подводных и строительных работ, построенное в прошлом году на верфи Keppel Singmarine по проекту MT-6024 на класс на класс DNV и в соответствии с международными стандартами. Проект был разработан норвежской компанией Marin Teknikk.
  
  Судно имеет запатентованную двухпалубную конструкцию, повышающую безопасность и увеличивающую полезное пространство. Оно оснащено системой динамического позиционирования DP3, аппаратом для 12 человек, способным работать на глубине до 300 м, 250-тонным шарнирно-сочлененным краном и 150-тонной лебедкой для выполнения на шельфе строительно-монтажных работ на глубинах до 1500 м.
  
  SBM Offshore N.V. (Дания) является международной компанией, предоставляющей системы и услуги для нефтегазовых шельфовых проектов. Компания начала свою деятельность в начале 1950-х годов и стала пионером в использовании системы выносных точечных причалов.
