    «Газпром нефть» увеличивает мощности по транспортировке нефти с Новопортовского месторождения

    «Газпром нефть» начала строительство второй очереди напорного нефтепровода с Новопортовского месторождения до Мыса Каменного на берегу Обской губы (ЯНАО), откуда нефть доставляется морем потребителям. Как сообщает пресс-служба компании, работы планируется завершить в 2016 году.

    Протяженность трубопровода диаметром 530 мм составит 105 км, мощность – не менее 5,5 млн тонн нефти в год, в случае необходимости она может быть увеличена.

    Отмечается, что прокладка нефтепровода будет осуществляться с использованием инженерных решений, позволяющих минимизировать воздействие на окружающую среду и гарантировать надежную работу в сложных климатических условиях Арктики. В частности, трассу оборудуют переходами для миграции животных.

    Кроме того, трубы уложат на специальные подвижные опоры. Такая конструкция позволяет с одной стороны оградить слои многолетней мерзлоты от дополнительного теплового воздействия, а с другой – обеспечить надежную защиту трубопровода от повреждений в результате смещения оттаявшего грунта.

    Магистраль оборудуют системами управления, обогрева и мониторинга в режиме реального времени.

    При строительстве используют материалы и оборудование российских производителей, к работам привлечены подрядчики, имеющие опыт сооружения аналогичных объектов в условиях Крайнего Севера – по итогам тендера выбраны компании ООО «Стройтрансгаз-М» и ООО «КомплектМонтажСтрой».

    Строительство первой очереди трубопровода мощностью 600 тыс. тонн в год от Новопортовского месторождения до Мыса Каменного было завершено в середине 2014 года. Созданная на месторождении и на побережье Обской губы инфраструктура позволила летом 2014 года выполнить первую отгрузку нефти Нового порта морем. Полномасштабная разработка месторождения начнется в 2016 году, после завершения строительства терминала для круглогодичной отгрузки нефти.

    Извлекаемые запасы Новопортовского месторождения по категории C1 и С2 составляют  более 250 млн тонн нефти и конденсата, а также более 320 млрд куб. м газа (с учетом палеозойских отложений).

    Проект реализуется под управлением компании «Газпромнефть-Развитие» (дочернее предприятие «Газпром нефти», управляющее новыми крупными проектами в сегменте добычи).
