    Wartsila поставит генераторы для пяти строящихся китайских контейнеровозов COSCO (фото)

    На пяти контейнерных судах (грузоподъемностью по 14,5 тыс. TEUs), строящихся для китайской судоходной группы COSCO, будут установлены 20 генераторных установок серии Wartsila Auxpac 32, сообщила пресс-служба финской корпорации.

    Суда строятся на китайской верфи судостроительной группы Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (входит в государственной судостроительной корпорации Китая, CSSC).

    Заказ на поставку генераторов был заключен в январе 2015 года с совместным предприятием финской корпорации Wartsila Yuchai Engine Co. Ltd (WYEC) и Yuchai Marine Power Company. СП было создано в конце 2012 года и начала производство оборудования в середине 2014 года. Это первый заказ на генераторные установки, размещенные на WYEC с момента образования компании. Поставка двигателей начнется в середине 2016 года.

    Деятельность СП WYEC (головной офис — г. Чжухай, пров. Гуандун) отвечает планам правительства Китая по значительному увеличению производства компонентов судового оборудования на местных предприятиях.

    Двигатель Wärtsilä Auxpac 32 является дополнительной версией известной линейки двигателей Wartsila 32, из которых более 1200 ед. используются по всему миру. Auxpac является самой мощной генераторной установкой Wartsila, разработанной для крупнотоннажного сегмента рынка судов. В частности, такие установки предназначены для больших контейнеровозов, которым необходима дополнительная мощность от 2,5 тыс. кВт до 4,5 тыс. кВт на генераторную установку. Отмечается, что соотношение выходной мощности и компактности конструкции делает эти установки наиболее эффективным решением для судовладельцев.

    Серия Auxpac 32 доступна как в 6, 7, 8 или 9-цилиндровой конфигурации. Генераторная установка может работать на различных видах топлива, начиная от марок с самой низкой вязкостью (LFO) 2,0 сСт до мазута (HFO) с вязкостью 700 сСт (при температуре 50° C). Двигатель также может работать на топливе низким и сверхнизким содержанием серы (<0,01% S) при нахождении в зонах ECA. Двигатель полностью соответствует требованиям ИМО Tier II, а при дополнительной установке очистки выхлопных газов соответствует требованиям Tier III.
