    На верфях мира размещены заказы на строительство более 5 тыс. судов общим дедвейтом 308 млн тонн - ЦНИИМФ

    По данным на 1 марта 2015 года мировые верфи имеют заказы на строительство более 5 тыс. судов суммарным дедвейтом 308 млн тонн на общую сумму $305 млрд. Как сообщили ИАА «ПортНьюс» в ЗАО «ЦНИИМФ», такие данные в ходе конференции «Российское судостроение» высказал генеральный директор организации Сергей Буянов. По его словам, едва ли не половина всех заказов судов по дедвейту сосредоточилась на верфях Китая.

    Почти вся география мирового транспортного судостроения сфокусировалась в одном регионе – в странах «большой тройки» Восточной Азии (Китай,  Корея и Япония). Эти три страны ежегодно обеспечивают 92-94% всех мировых поставок  нового транспортного флота. С большим отрывом от них сейчас идет группа также азиатских стран, которые стремятся развивать национальное судостроение – это Филиппины, Тайвань, Вьетнам, Индия.

    «На долю всего европейского судостроения ныне приходится менее 1% мировых заказов судов по дедвейту. Практически все страны Европы, когда-то обладавшие развитым национальным судостроением – Германия, Великобритания, Голландия, Италия, Франция и другие – утратили конкурентоспособность на мировой арене в массовом производстве стандартных транспортных судов, не выдержав азиатской конкуренции», - полагает Сергей Буянов.

    Между тем, иначе выглядит расстановка сил в мировом судостроении с точки зрения не объема тоннажа, а стоимости полученных контрактов. По этому показателю мировым лидером сейчас остается Южная Корея, значительно лучше выглядят позиции судостроителей европейских стран, которые специализируются на постройке технически более сложных и дорогостоящих судов, таких как многофункциональные суда снабжения и обслуживая морских нефтегазовых комплексов.

    Что касается места российского судостроения, то оно в мировом портфеле заказов  заметно лишь в секторе танкерного судостроения с  удельным весом 0,1% к мировому объему по дедвейту – это исключительно продуктовозы класса «река-море». При этом Россия на мировом судостроительном рынке является достаточно заметным инвестором. По итогам 2014 года на долю России пришлось 13%  объема  инвестиций стран Европы или 4,5%  мирового объема инвестиций в новые суда. В мировом торговом флоте Россия в 2014 году занимала 16-е место по дедвейту контролируемого флота, что составляет  полтора процента мирового тоннажа транспортных судов.

    Как показывает анализ современного портфеля заказов мирового судостроения, занятость верфей определяется преимущественно экспортными контрактами. Заказы от национальных судоходных компаний составляют в Китае 30%, в Японии – 26%, в Южной Корее – 11%. Но в развивающихся странах БРИКС судостроение в большей степени ориентируется на выполнение своих национальных потребностей: в Бразилии их доля достигает 77%, в Индии – 50%.

    Спрос на постройку новых судов в настоящее время формируют три группы стран – это, во-первых, экономически наиболее крупные и развитые страны с большим объемом морской торговли (США, Япония, Германия), во-вторых, традиционные морские перевозчики (Греция. Норвегия) и так называемые новые индустриальные страны (Китай, Сингапур,  страны Юго-Восточной Азии).

    Лидерами по объему инвестиций в строительство флота являются США, Греция, Норвегия, Китай и Япония.
