    Необходимо разработать детальные стандарты подготовки и дипломирования членов экипажей морских передвижных установок – Коджи Секимицу (фото)

    В рамках Международной Морской Организации (ИМО, IMO) необходимо разработать детальные стандарты подготовки и дипломирования членов экипажей морских передвижных установок, которые в настоящее время отсутствуют. Такое мнение 7 июля 2015 года в ходе визита в Центр по выживанию на море Морского учебно-тренажерного центра (УТЦ) Государственного университета морского и речного флота имени адмирала С.О. Макарова (ГУМРФ) высказал генеральный секретарь ИМО Коджи Секимицу, сообщает пресс-служба центра.

    Коджи Секимицу были продемонстрированы практические упражнения по эвакуации с морского пассажирского судна на спасательный надувной плот, эвакуация экипажа ледостойкой стационарной буровой платформы на лед, аварийное покидание вертолета под водой и спасение с вертолета терпящих бедствие моряков.

    Генеральный секретарь IMO высоко оценил уровень оснащенности Морского УТЦ ГУМРФ имени адмирала С.О. Макарова и подчеркнул, что высокие стандарты безопасности работы на морских судах являются дополнительной мотивацией молодых людей к выбору морской профессии.

    Визит состоялся в рамках Международной научно-практический конференции «Морское образование: тенденции и вызовы XXI века», которая состоялась в ГУМРФ имени адмирала С.О. Макарова 7 июля 2015 года при поддержке Министерства транспорта Российской Федерации, Федерального агентства морского и речного транспорта и при участии ИМО.

    Морской учебно-тренажерный центр является подразделением Государственного университета морского и речного флота имени адмирала С.О. Макарова. Центр осуществляет профессиональную подготовку курсантов и студентов университета, членов экипажей морских судов, широкого круга специалистов морской индустрии и нефтегазовой отрасли России, стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья.

    В настоящее время Морской УТЦ ведет обучение с использованием более 40 наименований специализированных тренажеров на двух площадках в Санкт-Петербурге, а также в Мурманске и Архангельске. Учебный центр по выживанию на море обеспечивает подготовку курсантов и переподготовки членов экипажей морских судов, а также обучение персонала для освоения морских нефтегазовых месторождений.

    Государственный университет морского и речного флота (ГУМРФ) имени адмирала С.О. Макарова образован путем объединения двух крупных отраслевых вузов Росморречфлота - Государственной морской академии имени адмирала С.О. Макарова и Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета водных коммуникаций.
