    Строительство угольного терминала в порту Ванино (Хабаровский край) получит господдержку в объеме 3,277 млрд руб.

    Министр РФ по развитию Дальнего Востока Александр Галушка 29 июля 2015 года провел в Хабаровске совещание по вопросам реализации инвестиционных проектов в Хабаровском крае, отобранных для получения государственной инфраструктурной поддержки. Как сообщает пресс-служба ведомства, таких проектов в регионе два: строительство угольного терминала в порту Ванино и увеличение добычи угля и строительство обогатительной фабрики на Ургальском каменноугольном месторождении.

    Проект строительства угольного терминала в порту Ванино с объемом частных инвестиций 19,07 млрд руб. ведет ООО «Сахатранс». В рамках государственной поддержки инвестору предоставляется субсидия на строительство необходимой инфраструктуры в объеме 3,277 млрд руб., причем часть этой суммы (499,5 млн руб.) выделяется уже в текущем году.

    Второй проект инициирует ОАО «Ургалуголь», он рассчитан на увеличение добычи угля и строительство обогатительной фабрики на Ургальском каменноугольном месторождении в Верхнебуреинском районе Хабаровского края. Объем частных инвестиций в проект составляет 23,7 млрд руб. В рамках государственной инфраструктурной поддержки инвестор получит финансирование на строительство автомобильных мостов через реки Чегдомын и Ургал, железнодорожных путей и одноцепной воздушной линии электропередачи. Общая сумма бюджетных инвестиций в инфраструктуру составляет 1,549 млрд руб.

    Общий объем государственной инфраструктурной поддержки этих проектов составляет 4,8 млрд руб. При этом на 1 рубль бюджетных инвестиций приходится 9 рублей частных: всего инвесторы вложат более 42 млрд руб. Суммарный объем налоговых поступлений в государственный бюджет от двух инвестпроектов за 2014–2025 годы составит более 38 млрд руб», - отметил Александр Галушка.

    На совещании также шла речь об инвестиционном проекте ОАО «Русолово» по созданию горно-обогатительного комбината по освоению Правоурмийского месторождения олова. Кроме того, Хабаровский край предлагает для участия в очередном отборе инвестиционных проектов на государственную инфраструктурную поддержку еще двух инвесторов. Это ОАО «Хабаровский зерноперерабатывающий комбинат» с проектом «Создание вертикально-интегрированного птицекомплекса по промышленному производству и переработке мяса индейки» и ООО «Азия Лес» с проектом «Организация производства строганных и профилированных пиломатериалов». 

    Министр предложил «досконально проработать» проекты и представить их на Восточном экономическом форуме, который пройдет 3-5 сентября во Владивостоке. «Ощущение территории через проекты – это очень хороший инструмент по привлечению инвесторов», - отметил Александр Галушка.
