  Контейнеровоз вышел из Ильичевского морского порта (Украина) без проведения пограничных и таможенных формальностей (фото)

  Контейнеровоз Sainty Vogue (оператор контейнерных перевозок Mediterranean Shipping Company, флаг Маршалловы Острова) прибыл в Ильичевский морской порт из Пирея под погрузку-выгрузку контейнеров и ошвартовался у причалов порта №№ 3,4.  С борта судна было выгружено 162 контейнера, погружено на судно 105 контейнеров. Как сообщает пресс-центр Администрации порта, все необходимые документы на заход судна в порт были предварительно оформлены в Информационной системе портового сообщества (ИСПС).

  Дедвейт судна – 13705 тонн, длина – 158,39 м, ширина – 24 м.

  Постановка судна к причалам проходила согласно требованиям новых нормативно-правовых документов, направленных на дерегуляцию в морских портах – контроль со стороны государственных органов непосредственно на борту судна не проводился, через 5 минут после постановки судна к причалам и установки трапа портовики приступили к грузовым операциям.
  
  «Важно отметить, что в соответствии с новыми требованиями Постановления №491, вступившими в законную силу 08.09.2015, была упразднена и процедура оформления судов при переходе из одного украинского порта в другой в зоне деятельности одного таможенного органа», - говорится в сообщении.
  
  «Такое нововведение позволило значительно сократить время стоянки судна у причалов Ильичевского порта», - отметил заместитель начальника по логистике Администрации Ильичевского морского порта Юрий Соколов.
  
  Дерегуляция в морских портах предусматривает новый порядок контроля иностранных судов, чей маршрут последовательно пролегает через несколько украинских портов. Так, отныне проверки будут осуществляться в первом порту прибытия иностранного судна в территориальные воды Украины, а во время выхода – только в последнем порту Украины.
