    В Турции спущен на воду четырнадцатый танкер проекта RST22M Armada Fair для ГК «Палмали»

    Четырнадцатый танкер смешанного река-море плавания проекта RST22M Armada Fair (строительный номер 082) «Волго-Дон макс» класса дедвейтом около 7100 тонн для Группы компаний «Палмали» спущен на воду в Турции 14 сентября 2015 года. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Морского Инженерного Бюро, являющегося проектантом серии.

    Двадцать шесть танкеров типа «Армада» первой серии и типа «Новая Армада» второй и третьей серии эксплуатируются «Палмали» на смешанных река-море перевозках с российских речных портов мазута, дизельного топлива, других нефтепродуктов и растительных масел, а также на морских перевозках в Каспийском, Черном, Средиземном, Балтийском и Северном морях, включая рейсы вокруг Европы и в Ирландское море зимой. Еще три находятся на разной степени готовности в постройке на двух заводах.
     
    Суда третьей серии (11 из них уже в эксплуатации) является логическим продолжением танкеров проекта 005RST01, известных как «Армады» первой серии, ранее спроектированных Морским Инженерным Бюро для группы компаний «Палмали» и построенных на верфях «SELAH» и «ADA» в Тузле (Турция) в 2002-2006 годах и модификацией второй серии танкеров проекта RST22, строившихся нижегородским заводом «Красное Сормово» в 2008-2009 годах. Всего ранее было построено десять судов типа «Армада» проекта 005RST01 и семь судов типа «Новая Армада» проекта RST22 (из них для «Палмали» - пять).
     
    Отличительной особенностью судов проектов RST22M, RST22, 005RST01 и RST12 является использование в качестве единых средств движения и управления полноповоротных винто-рулевых колонок, отсутствие продольной переборки в ДП, применение погружных насосов, полное отсутствие набора в грузовых танках, развитый тронк.
     
    Суда удовлетворяют габаритам Волго-Донского судоходного канала и Волго - Балтийского пути. Габаритная длина судна проекта RST22M составляет 139,95 м, ширина судна - 16,6 м, высота борта - 6,0 м.
     
    Суда относятся к танкерам «Волго-Дон макс» класса.
     
    В сравнении с первой серией «Армада» танкеры нового проекта имеют усиленную морскую функцию, увеличенный на 750 тонн дедвейт в морских условиях и повышенную вместимость грузовых танков при сохранении возможностей в реке.
     
    Суда полностью соответствуют новым международным требованиям для перевозки растительных масел, включая двухотсечную непотопляемость.
     
    При проектировании учтены специальные требования российских и мировых нефтяных компаний, дополнительные экологические ограничения класса Российского морского Регистра судоходства «ЭКО ПРОЕКТ»(ECO-S).
     
    Вместимость шести грузовых танков и двух отстойных танков 8089 куб. м, дедвейт в море - 7103 тонны при осадке 4,60 м, в реке при осадке 3,60 м - 4706 тонн, скорость в эксплуатации - 10,5 узлов.
     
    В качестве главных двигателей используются два среднеоборотных дизеля мощностью по 1200 кВт, работающие на тяжелом топливе вязкостью IFO380.
     
    Судно проекта RST22M соответствует требованиям класса Российского Морского Регистра Судоходства KM  Ice 2 R1 AUT1 COMBO oil tanker/chemical tanker type 2 (vegetable oil) (ESP) ECO-S.
     
    В сравнении со второй серией «Армад» в танкерах модифицированного проекта учтены все новые требования международных конвенций и правил Регистра (требования МАРПОЛ к доступу в пространстве двойных бортов и двойного дна и др.). Установлены более мощные грузовые насосы (шесть производительностью по 200 куб. м/час вместо шести по 150 куб. м/час), что позволило сократить время грузовых операций примерно на 2,5 часа. Кроме того, применены погружные балластные насосы, исключен кормовой манифольд и значительно изменено расположение оборудования в машинном отделении за счет исключения функции демонтажа винто-рулевой колонки через верхнюю палубу.

    Судно заложено 10 мая 2014 года. Все три новых танкера проекта RST22M Armada Pride, Armada Breeze, Armada Fair, спущенные на воду в августе-сентябре, должны войти в строй в октябре 2015 года.
