    «АльфаСтрахование» застраховало ответственность судовладельца нефтеналивного судна «Феникс» на $7,2 млн

    Краснодарский филиал «АльфаСтрахование» и компания «Комплект Сервис» заключили договор страхования ответственности судовладельца. «АльфаСтрахование» защитит риски компании при эксплуатации принадлежащего ей нефтеналивного судна «Феникс». Как сообщает пресс-служба стаховой компании, лимит ответственности страховщика по договору составил $7,2 млн.

    Застрахованные риски и лимит (страховая сумма) по договору установлены в соответствии с требованиями Международной конвенции о гражданской ответственности за ущерб от загрязнения бункерным топливом, 2001 года. Действие конвенции распространяется на все суда, имеющие на борту бункерное топливо, валовой вместимостью 1 000 и более регистровых тонн.
