    В Ленинградской области заключено соглашение, регулирующее социально-трудовые отношения в судостроительной отрасли региона

    Председатель комитета экономического развития и инвестиционной деятельности Дмитрий Ялов, президент Межрегионального отраслевого некоммерческого объединения промышленников и предпринимателей «Ассоциация судостроителей Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области» Александр Алешкин и председатель Территориальной организации Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области Общероссийского профсоюза работников судостроения, судоремонта и морской техники» Сергей Максименко 16 ноября 2015 года подписали соглашение на 2015–2018 годы, регулирующее социально-трудовые отношения в организациях судостроительной отрасли региона. Как сообщает пресс-служба губернатора и правительства области, документ направлен на обеспечение стабильной работы предприятий.

    В частности, в нем прописаны договоренности по оплате и нормированию труда, время для отдыха, осуществление мероприятий по охране труда, развитие кадрового потенциала, социальные гарантии работников. Также соглашение включает разработанный для судостроительных предприятий региона коллективный договор, который поможет урегулировать социально-трудовые отношения на предприятиях.

    «Судостроительный кластер – одна из приоритетных сфер в экономике Ленинградской области, которой мы традиционно оказываем поддержку. Сегодня работодатели, профсоюзы и органы власти берут на себя обязанности по повышению эффективности судостроительных предприятий и роста дохода работников этой отрасли», – сказал Дмитрий Ялов.

    Основными предприятиями судостроения в регионе являются: «Выборгский судостроительный завод» (Выборг), Ленинградский судостроительный завод «Пелла» (Кировский район, Отрадное), «Невский судостроительно-ремонтный завод» (Кировский район, Шлиссельбург), ОАО «Завод «Буревестник» (Гатчина), ОАО «Завод «КРИЗО» (Гатчина), ОАО «Завод «Ладога» (Кировск).

    Для оценки рынка и потребностей областных судостроителей в этом году Ленинградская область заказала выполнение научно-исследовательской работы по теме «Состояние и перспективы развития судостроительного кластера Ленинградской области». Работа включает в себя анализ, прогноз развития рынка судостроения и судоремонта в региональном, федеральном и международном аспектах, определение потребностей в производстве и технологиях, оценка спроса на продукцию и услуги кластера на среднесрочную и долгосрочную перспективу. Также будут проанализированы меры государственной поддержки судостроения и судоремонта в Российской Федерации и международный опыт.

    Итогом исследования станет разработка программы «Развитие судостроительного кластера Ленинградской области».
