    На Сахалине организована процессуальная проверка по факту пропажи моряка с борта рыболовецкой шхуны

    Следственные органы Дальневосточного следственного управления на транспорте СК РФ по факту выпадения за борт моряка с рыболовецкой шхуны «Киё Мару-5» проводят процессуальную проверку по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст.143 УК РФ (нарушение требований охраны труда, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба управления.

    По данным следствия, 16 января 2016 года  в 14:05 мск на рыболовецкой шхуне «Киё Мару-5», находившейся в 2,4 мили северо-западнее мыса Шикотан (о. Шикотан),  членами экипажа было обнаружено отсутствие тралмастера.

    По предварительной информации, последний выпал за борт при постановке крабового порядка (утянуло зацепившейся веревкой). На судне была объявлена тревога «Человек за бортом», начался поиск, к которому привлечены суда, находившие неподалеку (РШ «Мерцана», РШ «Акуне Мару» и буксир Сахалинского пограничного управления БО ФСБ России).

    По результатам спасательной операции, тело моряка обнаружено не было.

    В настоящее время судно «Киё Мару-5» (судовладелец ЗАО «Край света», порт приписки Невельск) следует в Малокурильск (о. Шикотан).

    По его прибытии в пункт назначения по поручению следователей в целях выяснения всех обстоятельств произошедшего будет произведен опрос членов экипажа. По результатам процессуальной проверки будет вынесено процессуальное решение.
