    Бывшего министра транспорта Крыма обвиняют в растрате более 3 млн руб. с использованием служебного положения

    Управление по расследованию особо важных дел Главного следственного управления СК РФ по Республике Крым завершило расследование уголовного дела в отношении бывшего министра транспорта Республики Крым Анатолия Цуркина. Он обвиняется в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.2 ст.286 УК РФ (превышение должностных полномочий лицом, занимающим государственную должность субъекта Российской Федерации), 3 ст.33, ч.3 ст.160 УК РФ (организация растраты, совершенная лицом с использованием своего служебного положения, в крупном размере).

    «По данным следствия, с января по март 2015 года Цуркин, превышая свои должностные полномочия, решил принудить оператора Керченской паромной переправы – ООО «Морская дирекция» в ущерб перевозки пассажиров, осуществлять в приоритетном режиме перевозку автомашин с грузами, в том числе опасными, по заявкам ООО «Первая крымская логистика», принадлежащему его близкому родственнику. Перевозки осуществлялись по линии «порт Крым - порт Кавказ», имеющим наименьшую протяженность по сравнению с маршрутом линии паромного сообщения «порт Керчь – порт Новороссийск», на котором перевозились опасные грузы ООО «Морская дирекция», - говорится в сообщении.

    В результате по заявкам ООО «Первая крымская логистика» перевезено 147 автотранспортных средств, из них 104 автотранспортных средства с опасным грузом. По линии паромного сообщения «порт Кавказ - порт Крым» перевезено 74 автотранспортных средства, из них 53 автотранспортных средства с опасным грузом, в обратном направлении по линии «порт Крым - порт Кавказ» перевезено 73 автотранспортных средства, в том числе 51 автотранспортное средство с опасным грузом.

    За счет созданных Цуркиным особых условий и преференций по перевозке указанных выше автомобилей ООО «Первая крымская логистика» получило необоснованный финансовый доход в размере более 2 млн руб. ООО «Морская дирекция» не получило оплату за перевозку вышеуказанных грузов, что привело к причинению ущерба ООО «Морская дирекция» в размере более 3 млн руб.

    Кроме того, в ходе расследования уголовного дела был выявлен еще один факт преступной деятельности. Так, с ноября по декабрь 2014 года Цуркин по подложным документам произвел оплату ремонта принадлежащего ему автомобиля марки Toyota Land Cruiser-100 на общую сумму более 260 тыс. руб. за счет ООО «Крымавтосервис».

    Уголовное дело направлено в прокуратуру для утверждения обвинительного заключения.
