    Объем поставок водных биоресурсов в морские порты России с начала года вырос на 19% - до 128,8 тыс. тонн

    По оперативным данным Центра системы мониторинга рыболовства и связи, в морские порты РФ с начала 2016 года поставлено 128,8 тыс. тонн водных биоресурсов, что почти на 19% превышает показатель аналогичного периода прошлого года. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Росрыболовства.

    Как доложил на оперативном совещании, которое провел заместитель министра сельского хозяйства РФ – руководитель Федерального агентства по рыболовству Илья Шестаков, начальник Управления организации рыболовства Андрей Космин, помимо озвученного объема поставок в порты, более 220 тыс. тонн рыбопродукции находится на российских судах в море (суда на промысле или на переходе в морской порт).

    Всего российскими рыбопромышленными предприятиями с начала года добыто 381,5 тыс. тонн, что на 4,4%, или на 16,2 тыс. тонн выше уровня прошлого года.

    На оперативном совещании, обсуждались вопросы, связанные с организацией промысла, ходом освоения квот добычи водных биоресурсов, динамика поставок рыбопродукции на берег, материально-технического оснащения подразделений рыбоохраны, предложения по оптимизации территориальных подразделений и ряд других актуальных вопросов.

    Начальник Управления науки и образования Константин Бандурин доложил об итогах работы Отраслевого совета по промысловому прогнозированию, заседание которого состоялось 28 января во ВНИРО. Ученые обсуждали перспективы возможного вылова тихоокеанских лососей на Дальнем Востоке в 2016 году. По предварительным, «очень осторожным оценкам» ученых, объем рекомендованного вылова тихоокеанских лососей может составить около 330 тыс. тонн. По словам Константина Бандурина, после получения результатов дополнительных научных исследований, будет уточнена. «Оценить данные необходимо максимально взвешенно и при формировании окончательных рекомендаций предусмотреть все возможные риски, чтобы пользователи водных биоресурсов смогли эффективно освоить подошедшие объемы рыбы», – подчеркнул руководитель Росрыболовства Илья Шестаков.

    Начальник Управления контроля, надзора и рыбоохраны Андрей Здетоветский доложил о ходе проработки вопроса по возможной оптимизации региональных подразделений в соответствии с поручением Правительства. Также Андрей Здетоветский озвучил итоги прошлого года и планы по закупкам новой техники для нужд рыбоохраны. По его словам, в скором времени подразделения рыбоохраны на местах планируется усилить судами на воздушной подушке и другими современным катерами, а также беспилотными летательными аппаратами. «Эти меры продиктованы современными реалиями. Без обновления материально-технической базы рыбоохраны эффективно бороться с незаконным выловом водных биоресурсов будет крайне сложно», – добавил глава Управления. Также на оперативном совещании обсуждались вопросы межведомственной координации и консолидации сил в борьбе с браконьерством.
