    Изменены границы территории морского порта Большой порт Санкт-Петербург (карты)

    В соответствии с распоряжением правительства России от 29.12.2015 № 2742-р изменены границы территории морского порта Большой порт Санкт-Петербург. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ФГУП «Росморпорт».

    Поясняется, что корректировки связаны с включением в границы территории морского порта искусственного земельного участка площадью 96,3 га, созданного в рамках строительства Многофункционального морского перегрузочного комплекса (ММПК) «Бронка».

    Многофункциональный морской перегрузочный комплекс Бронка строится на южном побережье Финского залива, в районе примыкания дамбы с кольцевой автодорогой к территории города Ломоносов. ММПК «Бронка» будет включать в себя три специализированных комплекса: контейнерный терминал, терминал накатных грузов, логистический центр. Площадь контейнерного терминала составит 107 га, терминала накатных грузов – 57 га, логистического центра – 42 га. Длина причальной линии контейнерного терминала составит 1220 м (5 причалов), терминала накатных грузов – 710 м (3 причала). Пропускная способность I очереди ММПК «Бронка» позволит обрабатывать 1,45 млн TEUs контейнерных и 260 тыс. ед. Ro-Ro грузов. В дальнейшем планируется увеличить мощность комплекса до 1,9 млн TEUs контейнерных и 260 тыс. ед. Ro-Ro грузов в год. После завершения своего строительства и окончания дноуглубительных работ до отметки - 14,4 м в 2015 году порт сможет принимать контейнеровозы класса Рost-Panamax и паромы класса Finnstar.

    Реализация проекта ММПК «Бронка» позволит создать 2300 новых рабочих мест только на его морских терминалах.

    Первый линейный судозаход на ММПК «Бронка» состоялся 8 сентября 2015 года.

    Данный инвестиционный проект терминала реализуется совместно ООО «Феникс» и ФГУП «Росморпорт» в соответствии с заключенными соглашениями о взаимодействии.

    Суммарные капитальные вложения в реализацию проекта составят порядка 58,3 млрд руб. частных и бюджетных инвестиций, в том числе в строительство морских терминалов – около 42,6 млрд руб., и 15,7 млрд руб. федеральных бюджетных инвестиций в строительство объектов федеральной собственности.

    В части обязательств ФГУП «Росморпорт», предусмотренных инвестиционным проектом, осуществляется строительство объектов федеральной собственности – подходного канала и операционной акватории ММПК «Бронка».

    Как сообщалось ранее, в декабре 2015 года предприятием успешно завершены работы первой очереди строительства подходного канала и операционной акватории ММПК «Бронка», по итогам которых рабочей комиссией подписан акт приемки построенных объектов. В настоящее время оформляются документы на ввод построенных объектов в эксплуатацию.

    В рамках второй очереди строительства, завершение которой планируется в 2017 году, глубины на подходном канале и операционной акватории будут увеличены и доведены до отметок -14,4 м по Балтийской системе высот, а ширина подходного канала будет увеличена до 185 м.
