    Началось возведение свайных фундаментов моста через Керченский пролив (фото)

    На сухопутной части территории строительства моста в Крым началось формирование свайных фундаментов опор. Как сообщает инфоцентр «Крымский мост», работа ведется одновременно на нескольких участках общей протяженностью более 10 км.

    Сваи погружаются на разную глубину, определенную проектом с учетом свойств коренных пород - максимальная отметка составит 94 м. На такую глубину будут погружены сваи под опоры судоходного пролета.

    «Строительство моста представляет собой комплекс мероприятий. Сейчас мы приступили к первому – устройству фундаментов, осуществляем погружение свай, - рассказал главный инженер ФКУ Упрдор «Тамань» Юрий Сафонов. – Далее будет возводиться ростверк, объединяющий эти сваи. На ростверк погружаются тела опор, на которые впоследствии установят опорные части и смонтируют пролетные строения».

    Согласно проекту, прошедшему государственную экспертизу, мост встанет на 595 опор. Для их устройства предстоит погрузить более 5,5 тыс. свай: призматических, буронабивных и трубчатых.

    Надежность будущего фундамента проверялась в Крыловском государственном научном центре. Для этого были изготовлены модели опор. Тест на прочность в условиях сильного ледохода прошел в экспериментальном бассейне с движущимися ледяными полями и торосами. Полученные результаты использовались при разработке проектной документации.

    Транспортный переход через Керченский пролив — один из крупнейших транспортных переходов в России. Он состоит из параллельно расположенных автомобильной и железнодорожной трасс. Его протяженность — 19 км. Трасса начинается на Таманском полуострове, проходит по существующей 5-километровой дамбе и острову Тузла, затем пересекает Керченский пролив, огибая с севера мыс Ак-Бурун, и выходит на крымский берег.

    Мост включает два параллельных сооружения – под автомобильное и железнодорожное движение, объединенных общей конструктивно-технологической схемой. Согласно проекту, на всех участках, кроме фарватерного, применены решения, приближенные к типовым, ранее зарекомендовавшим себя в других проектах. Проектировщики адаптировали их к условиям района строительства моста в Крым. Надежность и долговечность элементов моста достигается применением конструкционных материалов с повышенными характеристиками, а также противокоррозионной защитой основных элементов сооружения. Опорные части будут защищены от пыли, морской воды, воздействия обледенения и ветра. Антисейсмическое закрепление пролетов обеспечивает перераспределение сейсмических нагрузок между опорами, а сами опоры запроектированы с учетом полного комплекса инженерных изысканий.

    Пролет над фарватером Керчь-Еникальского канала обеспечит пропуск судов через свободное пространство шириной 185 метров и высотой 35 метров. Протяженность пролета – 227 м. Высота арок в высшей точке – 45 м.

    Положительное заключение Главгосэкспертизы России позволяет начать работы по строительству транспортного перехода через Керченский пролив. Планируемая дата ввода объекта в эксплуатацию — 2018 год. В декабре 2018 года по Керченскому мосту будет открыто движение в рабочем режиме, а в 2019 году, после завершения всех пуско-наладочных работ и благоустройства территории, он будет введен в эксплуатацию.
