    Судостроительный комплекс «Звезда» стал первым резидентом ТОР «Большой Камень»

    Судостроительный комплекс (СК) «Звезда» стал первым резидентом территории опережающего развития (ТОР)«Большой Камень». Как сообщает пресс-служба Дальневосточного центра судостроения и судоремонта (ДЦСС), куда входит комплекс, соглашение об этом было между «Корпорации развития Дальнего Востока» и СК «Звезда».

    Отмечается, что благодаря реализации проекта в Приморском крае появится одна из самых современных верфей в России. Судостроительный комплекс «Звезда» будет выпускать суда водоизмещением до 350 тыс. тонн, элементы морских платформ, суда ледового класса, специальные суда и другие виды морской техники. К 2024 году на предприятии планируется создать более 7 тысяч рабочих мест. Сумма заявленных инвестиций – 92,902 млрд руб. Завершить все этапы строительства планируется в 2024 году, к этому времени на предприятии будет создано 8 тыс. рабочих мест.

    «Судостроительный комплекс «Звезда» станет ведущим участником проекта, вокруг которого будут размещаться предприятия по производству сопутствующей судостроению техники. Статус ТОР поможет резидентам в кратчайшие сроки сформировать  технологическую цепочку по строительству судов, максимально локализованную на территории России», - заявил заместитель председателя правительства РФ – полномочный представитель президента РФ в Дальневосточном федеральном округе Юрий Трутнев.

    «Это важный шаг в выполнении указа президента РФ «О развитии судостроения на Дальнем Востоке». По этому документу, консорциум компаний во главе НК «Роснефть» создает на Дальнем Востоке России промышленный и судостроительный кластер на базе Дальневосточного центра судостроения и судоремонта. Судостроительный комплекс «Звезда» станет «якорным» участником проекта, вокруг которого будут размещаться предприятия направленные на производство сопутствующей судостроению техники. Преференции, которые получат резиденты территории опережающего развития, помогут нам в кратчайшие сроки сформироваться  технологическую цепочку по строительству судов, максимально локализованную на территории России»,– отметил врио генерального директора ОАО «ДЦСС» Владимир Цыбин.

    ТОР «Большой камень» создана постановлением правительства РФ №43 от 28 февраля 2016 года с судостроительной специализацией и площадью – 324,1 га.

    Дальневосточный центр судостроения и судоремонта включает в себя основные судоремонтные и судостроительные производственные мощности Дальневосточного федерального округа, такие как Центр судоремонта «Дальзавод» (г. Владивосток), Дальневосточный завод «Звезда» (г. Большой Камень), Северо-восточный ремонтный центр (г. Вилючинск). Сегодня предприятие решает задачи государственной важности, связанные с сохранением и развитием научно-производственного потенциала оборонно-промышленного комплекса, и направляет свои усилия на концентрацию интеллектуальных, производственных и финансовых ресурсов при реализации проектов строительства судов и морской техники для освоения шельфа Российской Федерации.

    По поручению президента России Владимира Путина консорциум компаний ОАО «НК «Роснефть» и ОАО «Газпромбанк» в лице совместного предприятия ЗАО «Современные Технологии Судостроения» создает на Дальнем Востоке России промышленный и судостроительный кластер на базе ОАО «ДЦСС», ядром которого станет новый судостроительный комплекс «Звезда» в г. Большой Камень.
