    В восточной части Финского залива за сутки осуществлена одна ледокольная проводка

    В восточной части Финского залива за последние сутки осуществлена одна ледокольная проводка. По данным Штаба ледовых операций АМП Балтийского моря, ледокольное обеспечение осуществляют два ледокола.

    Ледоколы «Семен Дежнев», лк «Капитан Зарубин», «Санкт-Петербург», «Владивосток»,«Мудьюг», «Ермак», «Капитан Сорокин», «Капитан Николаев», «Кару», «Иван Крузенштерн»,«Мурманск» и «Капитан Плахин» – находятся в эксплуатационном резерве в распоряжении Северо-Западного филиала ФГУП «Росморпорт».

    В Невской губе - вдоль береговой черты припай, толщина льда 15-20 см. От Приёмного буя до буев 3-4 – чистая вода. От буев 3-4 до С-1 – дрейфующий лед сплоченностью 7 баллов, толщиной 10-15 см. Канал проходимый. БКР – буи 29/30 – чистая вода. Буи 29/30 – 132 пикет – дрейфующий лед толщиной сплоченностью 6-7 баллов, толщиной 10-15 см. Канал проходимый.

    На подходах к порту Приморск - на подходах к порту разряженный лед толщиной 5-15 см. На акватории порта и в проливе Бьеркезунд темный ниласовый лед, у береговой черты припай. Канал проходимый.

    На акватории порта Усть-Луга чистая вода.

    На подходах к порту Высоцк от о. Рондо до о.Вихревой – разряженный лед толщиной 10-15 см. Канал Высоцк – Выборг – припай, толщина льда 15-25 см. На подходах к Выборгскому заливу дрейфующие ледовые поля, толщина льда 10-15 см.

    На Большом Корабельном фарватере и подходных путях к морским портам Финского залива встречаются отдельные плавающие льдины и ледяные поля, представляющие опасность для мореплавания, особенно в темное время суток. Мореплавателям соблюдать осторожность.

    С начала навигации осуществлена ледокольная проводка 833 судов.

    В акватории морского порта Большой порт Санкт-Петербург и Пассажирского порта «Санкт-Петербург» и на подходах к ним с 00:00 мск 29 марта 2016 года устанавливаются следующие ограничения по режиму ледового плавания: барже-буксирные составы – допускаются к плаванию во льдах только под проводкой ледокола; суда без ледовых усилений, суда с ледовым усилением (с ледовым классом) Ice1 и выше – допускаются к плаванию во льдах самостоятельно с использованием рекомендаций СУДС или под проводкой ледокола.

    На акватории порта Приморск и на подходах к нему с 00:00 мск 29 марта 2016 года установлены следующие ограничения по режиму ледового плавания: суда без ледовых усилений – допускаются к плаванию во льдах самостоятельно или под проводкой ледокола; суда с ледовым усилением (ледовым классом Ice 1 и выше) - допускаются к плаванию во льдах самостоятельно по разрешению и рекомендациям ледокола или под проводкой ледокола.

    В связи с очищением ото льда района восточнее острова Сескар якорная стоянка № 10 с 00 часов 00 мин МСК 17 февраля 2016 года до особого распоряжения открывается для постановки на якорь. Судам, следующим в порт Приморск, рекомендуется становиться на якорь в районе острова Гогланд на якорной стоянке № 16.

    В акватории морского порта Выборг и на подходах к нему с 00:00 мск 28 марта 2016 года устанавливаются следующие ограничения по режиму ледового плавания: допускаются к плаванию во льдах только под проводкой ледоколов - буксирно-баржевые составы и суда без ледовых усилений (без ледового класса); допускаются к плаванию во льдах под проводкой ледоколов или самостоятельно - суда категории Ice 1 и выше.
