    «Газпром Флот» объявил запрос предложений на аренду судов для обеспечения строительства скважин Киринского месторождения (Сахалин)

    ООО «Газпром Флот» объявило открытый запрос предложений в электронной форме на аренду судов для обеспечения строительства скважин Р1, Р2, Р3 и Р7 Киринского газоконденсатнорго месторождения (Киринское ГКМ, шельф Сахалина в Охотском море) 24511. Об этом говорится в материалах официального сайта Единой информационной системы в сфере закупок.

    Запрос объявлен в шести лотах.

    Начальная (максимальная) цена договора по лоту 1 «Аренда судна-якорезавозчика с экипажем для буксировки ППБУ в. Холмск и обеспечения строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р7 и Р3 Киринского ГКМ» - 401 млн 903 тыс. 391,51 руб.; по лоту 2 «Аренда транспортно-буксирного судна-якорезавозчика с экипажем для буксировки ППБУ в. Холмск и обеспечения строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р1 и Р2 Киринского ГКМ» - 340 млн 161 тыс. 331,11 руб.; по лоту 3 «Аренда судна снабжения с экипажем для обеспечения строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р7 и Р3 Киринского ГКМ» - 202 млн 331 тыс. 107,20 руб.; по лоту 4 «Аренда судна снабжения с экипажем для обеспечения строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р1 и Р2 Киринского ГКМ и строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р7 и Р3 Киринского ГКМ в 2017 г.» - 333 млн 141 тыс. 215,52 руб.; по лоту 5 «Аренда пассажирского судна с экипажем для обеспечения строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р7 и Р3 Киринского ГКМ» - 192 млн 083 тыс. 090,40 руб.; по лоту 6 «Аренда пассажирского судна с экипажем для обеспечения строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р1 и Р2 Киринского ГКМ и строительства эксплуатационных скважин Р7 и Р3 Киринского ГКМ в 2017 г.» - 313 млн 655 тыс. 044,80 руб.

    Заявки на участие в открытом запросе цен подаются через электронную торговую площадку ЭТП ГПБ.

    Срок подачи заявок истекает 8 апреля 2016 года.

    Итоги будут подведены 12 апреля 2016 года.

    Как сообщалось ранее, в феврале 2016 года ООО «Газпром Флот» объявило открытый запрос предложений по аренде судов для обеспечения строительства скважин Р1, Р2, Р3 и Р7 Киринского ГКМ.

    Комиссия ФАС России 24 марта 2016 года по обращению ПАО «Совфрахт», участвовавшего в тендере ООО «Газпром Флот» на аренду судов для обеспечения строительства скважин Р1, Р2, Р3 и Р7 Киринского ГКМ, пересмотрела итоги данного тендера и отменила их. По информации пресс-службы ПАО «Совфрахт», первоначально победителем была признана компания АО «Восток Морнефтегаз». 

    ФАС России обязала ООО «Газпром Флот» провести новый тендер.

    Киринское газоконденсатное месторождение расположено в Охотском море на северо-восточном шельфе острова Сахалин в 28 км от берега. Глубина моря в районе месторождения — 90 м. Запасы месторождения по категории С1 составляют 162,5 млрд куб. м газа и 19,1 млн т газового конденсата. Проектный уровень добычи газа — 5,5 млрд куб. м в год.
