    Владивостокская таможня за 3 месяца 2016 года выявила недобор за ремонт судов в объеме 20 млн руб.

    Отдел таможенного контроля после выпуска товаров Владивостокской таможни за I квартал 2016 года провел 20 форм таможенного контроля. Основные нарушения, выявленные в ходе проведения таможенных проверок, связаны с заявлением в генеральных декларациях участниками внешнеэкономической деятельности (ВЭД) недостоверных сведений о проводимых ремонтных работах на морских судах. Как сообщает пресс-служба Дальневосточного таможенного управления, в январе-марте 2016 года доначислено 20 млн руб.

    Так, по результатам проверки в отношении одного из таких судов, подлежащих ремонту за рубежом, доначислены около 17 млн руб. У другого участника ВЭД отделом контроля после выпуска товаров также выявлен значительный недобор таможенных платежей, который составил почти 3 млн руб.

    Общая сумма таможенных платежей (штрафов), доначисленных по результатам постконтроля, составила свыше 27 млн руб. В рамках проведения скоординированного мероприятия с таможней налоговыми органами доначислено более 1 млн руб.

    Как сообщает начальник отдела Инна Сасина, за январь – март по результатам таможенных проверок, завершенных в отчетном периоде, возбуждено 52 дела об административном правонарушении. Начислено штрафов на сумму более 3 млн руб. Одним должностным лицом отдела в среднем за январь – март доначислено 1,9 млн руб., а эффективность одной таможенной проверки по суммам доначислений в среднем составила 1,4 млн руб.

    Также в ходе одной из таможенных проверок после выпуска товаров выявлены многочисленные случаи представления к таможенному декларированию недействительных сертификатов соответствия на детские игрушки. По итогам проверочного мероприятия в отношении таможенного представителя, осуществлявшего декларирование, возбуждено 19 дел об административных правонарушениях по ч.3 ст.16.2 КоАП России, наложено штрафов на общую сумму 1,9 млн руб.
