    Десять новых дальневосточных инвестпроектов претендуют на поддержку Минвостокразвития в объеме 24 млрд руб.

    Министерство по развитию Дальнего Востока завершило прием заявок от инвесторов в рамках очередного - третьего тура отбора инвестпроектов для целей оказания государственной инфраструктурный поддержки. Как сообщает пресс-служба ведомства, всего было подано 10 новых заявок с объемом частных инвестиций в размере 216 млрд руб. при требуемых государственных вложениях в размере 24 млрд руб. 

    Таким образом, мультипликатор проектов составляет 9 руб. частных вложений на 1 руб. государственной поддержки. Итоги отбора будут подведены 1 июня 2016 года.

    По словам министра РФ по развитию Дальнего Востока Александра Галушки, были представлены проекты по разработке месторождений, строительству морских терминалов, создания производственно-логистических комплексов, а также проекты в сфере сельского хозяйства и животноводства. Он отметил, что критерии отбора проектов утверждены правительством России, прозрачны и понятны инвесторам. Это объем добавленной стоимости, объем налоговых поступлений и обязательных платежей от реализации проекта во все уровни бюджетной системы, а также объем привлеченных частных инвестиций в расчете на 1 руб. государственной поддержки. Необходимым условием выделения государственной поддержки является готовность проектов к реализации, в том числе разработанная проектно-сметная документация, и подтверждение финансирования со стороны инвестора.

    Министр отметил высокий интерес к механизму государственной инфраструктурной поддержки инвестпроектов со стороны потенциальных инвесторов. «Каждый инвестиционный проект означает создание новых предприятий и рабочих мест, что вызывает увеличение налоговых поступлений в региональные бюджеты. Также мы ожидаем, что поддержка одних проектов будет стимулировать реализацию других», – подчеркнул Александр Галушка. Так, например, предоставление инфраструктурной поддержки горнодобывающему и перерабатывающему предприятию на базе Наталкинского золоторудного месторождения позволит освоить не только это месторождение, но и создать условия для реализации новых инвестиционных проектов в сфере добычи полезных ископаемых.

    Напомним, что к настоящему времени министерство уже провело два тура отбора инвестпроектов. Всего было подано 54 заявки. Одобрено 10 инвестпроектов с объемом частных инвестиций 274 млрд руб. Объем государственной поддержки – 31,9 млрд руб.

     В 2015 году Минвостокразвития России предоставило инвесторам субсидии в размере 2,7 млрд руб., строительство необходимой инфраструктуры инвесторами уже осуществляется. В федеральном бюджете на 2016 г. предусмотрены средства на субсидии инвесторам в размере 9,9 млрд руб.

    Инвестиционные проекты отбираются по методике, утвержденной постановлением правительства РФ от 16 октября 2014 года № 1055.

    С 2016 года в отборе инвестиционных проектов могут принимать участие частные и государственные компании.
