Overseas Drilling and TAMRF extend charter contract for the R/V ‘JOIDES Resolution’

Overseas Drilling Ltd. and Texas A&M Research Foundation (“TAMRF”) have agreed the extension of TAMRF’s charter of the scientific research vessel ‘JOIDES Resolution’ until 30 September 2019. TAMRF has further options to extend the charter until 30 September 2023 on an annual basis.
Overseas Drilling Ltd is a 100% owned subsidiary of Siem Offshore Inc.
