    Завершена юридическая регистрация первичной профсоюзной организации ПРВТ РФ в ОАО «Морпорт Санкт-Петербург»

    Завершена юридическая регистрация первичной профсоюзной организации (ППО) Профсоюза работников водного транспорта (ПРВТ) РФ в ОАО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург». Профсоюз, фактически осуществляющий в порту свою деятельность с марта 2016 года, зарегистрировал юридическое лицо и внесен в Единый государственный реестр юридических лиц РФ. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба председателя первичной профсоюзной организации ОАО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург» ПРВТ.

    На сегодняшний день в состав ППО ПРВТ входят 909 человек – 63% всего коллектива компании. «Таким образом, новая первичная организация ПРВТ представляет интересы большинства, в связи с чем является представительным органом всех работников ОАО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург», - отмечается в сообщении. 

    Новая организация объединила более 30 работников, ранее не участвующих в профсоюзной деятельности, более 120 бывших членов Российского профсоюза докеров. Основу первичной организации составили бывшие члены профсоюза «Портовик» (в составе «Портовика» решили остаться 135 работников). 

    В ПРВТ широко представлены все категории работников порта: более 60% членов – это представители рабочих специальностей: докеры, слесари, техники, механики, тальманы и другие, 40% – офисные работники. Набор членов в профсоюз в настоящее время продолжается.

    Первоначальная инициатива организации ППО ПРВТ в порту Санкт-Петербурга поступила от членов первичной профсоюзной организации «Портовик». Существенным ограничением «Портовика» был его локальный характер в границах компании, не позволявший на должном уровне транслировать интересы и требования коллектива на региональном уровне в Санкт-Петербурге и в масштабе всей страны.

    В связи с этим члены ППО «Портовик» обратились в ПРВТ с предложением об образовании объединенной организации. Из всего многообразия отраслевых профсоюзных объединений ПРВТ был выбран как представляющий интересы всех категорий работников водного транспорта в России. ПРВТ является одним из крупнейших по численности и представительности отраслевым общероссийским профсоюзом. Отмечается, что работники порта уверены, что ПРВТ способен значительно повысить уровень их защищенности путем сотрудничества с органами государственной исполнительной и законодательной власти в масштабе всей отечественной стивидорной отрасли.

    Новая первичная профсоюзная организация ПРВТ намерена принципиально отстаивать интересы работников порта перед работодателем на основе прагматизма, взаимного уважения и партнерства, исходя из существующих экономических реалий и достижения выгод для всех сторон. Организация открыта для сотрудничества со всеми профсоюзами, действующими в ОАО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург» в настоящее время.

    «В своей работе ПРВТ ориентирована на формирование нового публичного подхода в работе своего профактива для продвижения и расширения присутствия в порту», - отмечается в сообщении.
