    Ленобласть и ЗАО «Криогаз» подписали паспорт проекта по строительству завода СПГ в порту Высоцк (фото)

    Паспорт проекта по строительству завода по сжижению природного газа в порту Высоцк подписали 17 июня 2016 года в рамках XX Петербургского международного экономического форума губернатор Ленинградской области Александр Дрозденко и генеральный директор ЗАО «Криогаз» Рышард Рудницки. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба губернатора и правительства региона.

    «Мы подписали документ, означающий переход от слов о намерениях к реальным делам: благодаря инвестициям в размере 40 млрд рублей в Выборгском районе будет построен завод по сжижению газа. Этот проект важен не только для Северо-Запада, но и для всей России», — подчеркнул Александр Дрозденко.

    Паспорт проекта включает основные задачи по его воплощению в жизнь: от получения разрешения на строительство до запуска объекта в эксплуатацию. Контроль за четкой реализацией этапов проекта будет осуществлять лично губернатор Ленинградской области.

    Проект компании «Криогаз» включен в число пилотных для внедрения проектного управления в органах государственной власти Ленинградской области. Дополнительно стороны подписали соглашение в рамках проектно-ориентированной системы управления по реализации инвестиционного проекта.

    ЗАО «Криогаз» осуществляет реализацию проекта по строительству объекта «Терминал по производству и перегрузке сжиженного природного газа в порту Высоцк Ленинградской области, производительностью 660 тысяч тонн сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) в год, включая газопровод-отвод от магистрального газопровода «Ленинград-Выборг-Госграница» на территории Высоцкого городского поселения Выборгского района Ленинградской области.

    Реализация проекта позволит создать свыше 100 новых рабочих мест. Срок строительства объекта, с учетом подготовительного периода, составит 3-4 года (с 2015 по 2018 годы).

    ЗАО «Криогаз» образовано в 2004 году и в настоящее время на 100% принадлежит АО «Газпромбанк».

    Порт Высоцк расположен в Ленинградской области. В мае 2012 года правительство России приняло решение расширить порт Высоцк за счет включения в состав его границ земельных участков и прилегающей к ним акватории, занятых объектами строящегося на мысе Путевой морского терминала, предназначенного для перевалки генеральных грузов, мощностью до 3 млн тонн в год.
