    В порту Ульсан (Корея) отгружена первая партия крупногабаритного оборудования для «ЗапСибНефтехим» (фото)

    В порту Ульсан (Республика Коеря) состоялась отгрузка первой партии крупногабаритного оборудования для установки пиролиза строящегося полиолефинового комплекса «ЗапСибНефтехим» (входит в  ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг»). Поставка включает пять колонн, среди которых две колонны выделения пропановой фракции длиной 106 м, диаметром 6,8 м и весом 917 тонн каждая. Как сообщает пресс-служба холдинга, перевозка оборудования осуществляется на уникальном судне с двумя супертяжеловесными кранами грузоподъемностью 900 тонн каждый.

    Судно имеет ледовый класс АРК4 для работы на Северном морском пути. Оборудование отправлено морским путем через Индийский океан и Суэцкий канал, откуда далее пойдет через Северный Ледовитый океан до портов перегрузки, расположенных на Севморпути. Там колонны будут перегружены на специализированные для перевозки тяжеловесов баржи для дальнейшей доставки в промышленный порт Тобольска по рекам Обь и Иртыш. 

    Всего в арктическую навигацию 2016 года ожидается прибытие четырех судов с 58 единицами крупногабаритного оборудования из Южной Кореи, Китая, Японии, Италии и Германии суммарным объемом 60 тыс. фрахтовых тонн. К организации доставки оборудования привлечены российские компании ООО «Дойгро Проекты», ООО «Волго-Балтик логистик», АО «ЦНИИМФ», ЗАО «Белфрахт», ПАО «Совфрахт», ООО «СК Морвенна», АО «ОИРП», ООО «Маммут Рус» и другие. В 2017 году также планируется использовать железнодорожный транспорт и авиацию. 

    После доставки всего оборудования будет осуществлена его погрузка на самоходные модульные прицепы (SPMT) для последующей транспортировки до строительной площадки «ЗапСибНефтехима». Для осуществления транспортировки крупногабаритного оборудования в Тобольске была создана специальная инфраструктура: реконструирован промышленный порт, подготовлены парковки и промежуточные площадки хранения оборудования, реконструирован маршрут транспортировки и ЛЭП на маршруте, спроектированы и построены объездные дороги для пересечения различных коммуникаций и железнодорожной инфраструктуры.

    Помимо оборудования, которое не производится в России и поставляется из зарубежных стран, продолжается изготовление оборудования и материалов для комплекса «ЗапСибНефтехим» на российских заводах – «Уралхиммаш», «Камкабель», «Завод Тамбовский Комсомолец». Всего контракты на поставку оборудования для комплекса заключены с предприятиями из более чем 35 регионов России.
