    На ВКМСК выполнено 57% запланированных дноуглубительных работ

    Со дна Волго-Каспийского морского судоходного канала (ВКМСК) в 2016 году поднято 3,3 млн куб. м грунта, что составляет 57% от всех запланированных работ. Вопрос поддержания канала в рабочем состоянии стал одним из основных на заседании совета по морской деятельности, который 5 августа 2016 года провел губернатор Астраханской области Александр Жилкин. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба администрации губернатора региона.

    «Нам за последнее время удалось привлечь внимание различных институтов и федеральных органов власти к вопросам управления водными объектами, в том числе обеспечения паспортных габаритов ВКМСК, - отметил губернатор. - Определенные подвижки есть. И кстати, именно поэтому нам сейчас доверена работа по подготовке материалов для Госсовета РФ по развитию внутренних водных путей, который состоится 15 августа».

    По мнению Александра Жилкина, систематическое проведение дноуглубления - в приоритете. «Если мы хотим планомерно вести освоение нефтяных месторождений, развивать судоходство, необходимо повысить эффективность работ», - сказал он.

    Отмечалось, что с каждым годом дноуглубление на ВКМСК, самом протяженном канале страны, наращивает обороты. Так, если в 2013 году со дна поднято 2,3 млн куб. м отложений, то в 2015 году -  почти в два раза больше. В текущем году Астраханский филиал «Росморпорта» запланировал дноуглубительные работы в объеме 5,8 млн куб. м (собственными силами - 2,4 млн, подрядными организациями – 3,4 млн). Больше половины работ уже выполнено, они продолжатся до конца осени.

    Губернатор призвал применять к дноуглублению научный подход. Впрочем, по мнению ученых, проводимые сегодня работы по расчистке ВКМСК малоэффективны. «За 35 лет со дна было убрано 70 млн кубометров грунта, - отметил профессор кафедры «Инженерная экология и природообустройство» АГТУ Петр Бухарицин. – Образно, это вал с пятиэтажный дом длиной 300 километров. Тем не менее, проблема не решается, а с каждым годом объем работ только возрастает. Просто многие земснаряды работают неэффективно – они перетаскивают «как решето» грунт с места на место, через некоторое время он опять попадает в ложе канала».

    Профессор предложил немного изменить принцип дноуглубительных работ - использовать вместе с земснарядами дополнительные суда (ими могут быть, например, невостребованные нефтерудовозы). Принцип такой: собранный со дна грунт загружается на судно, которое будет вывозить грунт или на глубины Каспия, или на сушу - для хозяйственных целей. «В этом случае производительность может увеличиться на 30-40% в течение нескольких лет», - считает Бухарицин.

    Губернатор поддержал предложения ученого, отметив, что «в перспективном плане эти рекомендации будут использованы».
