  Минпромторг России планирует направить более 1,7 млрд руб. на субсидирование строительства судов в 2016 году

   На субсидирование ставок по лизинговым и кредитным платежам в рамках программы поддержки судостроения в 2016 году планируется направить более 1,7 млрд руб. средств федерального бюджета. Об этом говорится в имеющихся в распоряжении ИАА «ПортНьюс» материалах министерства промышленности и торговли России.

  В настоящее время такая поддержка оказывается для строительства 89 судов. Предоставлены субсидии 22 российским судовладельцам на сумму в 841,1 млн руб. на возмещение части затрат на уплату процентов по кредитам и на сумму 944,2 млн руб. на уплату лизинговых платежей.

  Только по линии ПАО «ГТЛК» и ЗАО «Гознак-лизинг» в 2015 году заключено по семь новых лизинговых контрактов на поставку отечественных универсальных судов класса «река-море».

  Напомним, в настоящее время в России действуют меры господдержки судостроительных проектов. К ним относится постановление правительства РФ от 22.05.2008 года №383 о предоставлении российским транспортным компаниям субсидий на возмещение 2/3 затрат на уплату процентов по кредитам, а также лизинговым платежам по договорам лизинга при приобретении судов, построенных на российских верфях.

  Кроме того, действует закон Российской Федерации № 305 – ФЗ от 07.11.2011 года «О поддержке судостроения и судоходства», предусматривающий льготный налоговый режим при регистрации в «Российском международном реестре судов» судов, построенных на отечественных верфях после 1 января 2010 года.
