    Damen и AEC Maritime будут совместно поставлять системы скрубберов судоходной отрасли (фото)

    Судостроительная группа Damen Shipyards (Нидерланды) подписала договор о продажах продукции с производителем скрубберов AEC Maritime. Как отмечается в сообщении голландского судостроителя, теперь у Damen будет возможность предложить судовладельцам эксклюзивный доступ к эффективным, экономичным и сертифицированным технологиям очистки выхлопных газов.

    Отмечается, что данное соглашение по скрубберам расширит возможности Damen, которая имеет богатый опыт в развитии систем очистки балластных вод,  и пополнит пакет решений, предлагаемых владельцам судов в соответствии с последними требованиями IMO.

    В своей деятельности AEC Maritime опирается на значительный опыт и сотрудничество с дочерней компанией AEC Systems, чьи системы по очистке воздуха для применения в различных наземных отраслях были разработаны в тесном сотрудничестве с VDL-Group. Компания AEC Systems имеет более чем 20-летний опыт в данном сегменте и поставила более 2,6 тыс. установок для наземных объектов.

    Как утверждают в AEC Maritime, их скрубберные технологии дают свободу выбора для судовладельцев. Системы могут быть установлены на всех типах двигателей, они позволяют судам работать на привычном мазуте (HFO) вместо более дорогого морского газойля (MGO).

    С точки зрения эффективности, скрубберные установки, предлагаемые на рынке компанией, удаляют более 98% серы из отходящих газов, что превышает планку, установленную требованиями IMO. Системы от AEC также соответствуют нормативам в Приложении VI к конвенции МАРПОЛ (58 и 59). На сегодняшний день скрубберы, поставленные морской отрасли, подтвердили свою эффективность, заявляют в компании.

    Объединение с судостроительной группой также даст шанс AEC Maritime к расширению своего присутствия на рынке, увеличению клиентской базы через судостроительные площадки Damen, где и осуществляется конверсия или установка с нуля скрубберов. С помощью Damen компания сможет предложить клиентам комплексные решения и услуги при разработке системы очистки выхлопных газов на месте, включая 3D-сканирование, инжиниринг, прокладку трубопроводных систем, управление проектами и саму установку.

    Соглашением также предусматривается участие AEC в послепродажном обслуживании и ремонте.

    AEC Maritime (Нидерланды) была создана в 1994 г. и сейчас специализируется на проектировании и производстве судовых систем очистки выхлопных газов.

    Международная судостроительная группа Damen Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем, Нидерланды) объединяет 32 судостроительные и судоремонтные верфи. Общая численность персонала компании по всему миру составляет 8 тыс. человек. Компанией построено на сегодняшний день более 5 тыс. судов по всему миру и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 180 новых судов. Damen специализируется в проектировании и строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных, высокоскоростных и грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов для ликвидации аварийных разливов нефти (ЛАРН), фрегатов и мега-яхт.
