    Глубоководный порт Анаклия (Грузия) планируется ввести в эксплуатацию в 2020 году

    Работы по оформлению соглашения между консорциумом по развитию Анаклия (JSC Anaklia Development Consortium (Georgia) и правительством Грузии завершились, и строительство глубоководного порта в Анаклия (регион Самегрело — Земо Сванети) начнется в конце 2016 года, заявил премьер-министр Грузии Георгий Квирикашвили на заседании правительства. Об этом передает агентство Sputnik.

    Изначально строительство порта планировалось начать летом 2016 года. Возможность грузооборота глубоководного порта в Анаклия должна быть 100 млн тонн в год. Строительство будет осуществляться по нескольким фазам, в соответствии с этапами роста мощности порта. На первом этапе развития порта запланировано удвоение проходимости, а после реализации трех этапов предусмотрено создание проходимости в 20 млн тонн.

    «Мы завершили подготовительную работу по оформлению инвестиционного соглашения между консорциумом по развитию Анаклия и правительством Грузии, это означает, что сегодня министерство экономики выносит этот вопрос на обсуждение правительства и, в случае утверждения правительством, соглашение будет подписано и в конце года уже будет возможным начало строительных работ», — сказал Квирикашвили.

    Премьер отметил, что через три года станет возможным завершение первой фазы, и порт начнет функционировать. Завершение строительства первого компонента порта Анаклия и начало его эксплуатации вдвое увеличит проводимость страны в части контейнерных перевозок. На строительство первой фазы глубоководного порта планируется осуществление инвестиции в размере $586 млн. Глава правительства также отметил, что JSC Anaklia Development Consortium (Georgia) в рамках, взятых на себя обязательств по строительству порта, должен возвести амбулатории, детские сады, бизнес-центры, спортивные площадки и прочую инфраструктуру в городе Анаклия.

    Кроме того, планируется создание специального тренинг-центра, который займется подготовкой людей, желающих начать работу в порту. По информации главы грузинского правительства, в глубоководном порте планируется трудоустроить несколько тысяч жителей Грузии.

    Консорциум JSC Anaklia Development Consortium (Georgia) в феврале 2016 года победил в конкурсе, объявленном правительством Грузии на строительство порта. Общая стоимость инвестиции составляет $2,5 млрд. Консорциум основан компанией TBC Holding и американской компанией Conti International LLC, известной девелоперской компанией, занимающейся проектами в сферах инфраструктуры и капитального строительства.
