    Инженерная компания «ГТНС» построила многофункциональный понтон для дноуглубительных и подводно-технических работ (фото)

    Инженерная компания «Глобальные технологии новационных систем» (ГТНС, Санкт-Петербург) представила в порту Санкт-Петербург российскую разработку – многофункциональный понтон для дноуглубительных и подводно-технических работ. Как сообщил ИАА «ПортНьюс» генеральный директор ГТНС Евгений Еремин, проект реализован на неспециализированном предприятии ЗАО «Интерферрум-Металл» (стивидорная компания Большого порта Санкт-Петербург) и опробован в акватории порта.

    «Это недорогое отечественное техническое решение способно выполнять ремонтные дноуглубительные работы в морских портах, на реках, а также проводить проектное дноуглубление при реализации крупных портовых проектов. Уверен, что наш понтон будет востребован, в том числе и государственными заказчиками. Мы рассчитываем найти партнера в лице одной из российских верфей для строительства подобных понтонов», - сказал Евгений Еремин.

    По словам руководителя ГТНС, в разработке и реализации проекта принимали участие специалисты Крыловского ГНЦ, где проводилось моделирование.

    В настоящее время компания ООО «ГТНС»  выполняет работы по четырем контрактам в порту Усть-Луга (Ленинградская область) :

    1.    ООО «Невская трубопроводная компания», подчистка габионного поля причалов №№4, 5 от наносов. В состав работ входит: разработка разрешительной документации, согласование с надзорными органами, в том числе ФС «Росприроднадзор», ФА «Росрыболовство», очистка габионного поля от наносов (сборка наносов на отвозную шаланду и захоронение на морском отвале). Площадь габионного поля - 20000 кв.м, глубина в районе работ – 18-20 м;

    2. ООО «Невская трубопроводная компания», крепление участка дна причала №5 габионами. В состав работ входит: разработка разрешительной документации, согласование с надзорными органами, в том числе ФС «Росприроднадзор», ФА «Росрыболовство», проведение работ по подготовке пастели (дноуглубление, отсыпка песка), изготовление, сборка и укладка габионов.

    3. ОАО «Усть-Луга Ойл». Крепление дна причала №1 габионами. В состав работ входит: разработка технологической документации, подготовка пастели (дноуглубление, отсыпка и равнение песка), укладка габионов.

    4. ОАО «Усть-Луга Ойл», ремонт шпунтовой стенки, демонтаж строительных конструкций. В состав работ входит: изготовление монтажных пластин, монтаж на стенку, обварка по периметру; демонтаж фрагментов опалубки ростверка в зоне переменного уровня.

    Предполагается, что новый понтон будет задействован в реализации этих и других проектов.

    Многофункциональный понтон (пр. 04043) построен в качестве платформы для решения следующих задач:

    1. Дноуглубление;
    2. Подводно-технические работы;
    3. Бурение на континентальном шельфе;
    4. Кабелеукладка;
    5. Энергообеспечение;
    6. Ремонт надземных гидротехнических сооружений.

    Главные размерения судна составляют:
    Длина наибольшая, 25,6 м
    Ширина наибольшая, 13,4 м
    Высота борта на миделе, 3,0 м

    Разработка проекта и строительство выполнялись по правилам Российского Речного Регистра (РРР) на класс «*М-ПР2,5 лед 30 несамоходное», с возможностью плавания в устьях больших рек, озерах и прибрежных морских районах на территории РФ. Важной особенностью судна является возможность его плавания по Беломорско-Балтийскому каналу. Габариты судна в рабочем состоянии (без демонтажа свайно-закольных устройств) соответствует габаритам канала (соответствует глубинам на канале, надводному габариту для прохода под ЛЭП, габаритами шлюзовых камер). Конструкция понтона предусматривает грузовую площадку в кормовой части, позволяющую устанавливать оборудование массой до 90 тонн.
