    Компания «Инкотек Карго» в порту Санкт-Петербург отгрузила 2 тыс. тонн первоочередного оборудования для 2-й очереди АЭС «Куданкулам» (фото)

    Компания «Инкотек Карго» в рамках контракта с АО «Атомстройэкспорт» завершила отгрузку первой партии негабаритного энергетического оборудования для строительства 2-й очереди АЭС «Куданкулам» в Индии. В результате общий объем перевозок для 3 и 4-го энергоблоков составил 2000 фрахтовых тонн. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба «Инкотек Карго».

    В рамках данной отгрузки компания «Инкотек Карго» осуществила для АО «Атомстройэкспорт» полный комплекс логистических услуг по доставке груза на условии CIF порт Тутикорин (Индия). Перевозка оборудования осуществлялась с использованием 16 специальных контейнеров типа 40' FLAT RACK.

    В зону ответственности «Инкотек Карго» вошло: прием груза в порту Санкт-Петербург, дополнительная упаковка груза для перевозки в открытых контейнерах, разработка схем затарки и крепления груза в контейнерах, затарка и крепление груза, сюрвейерское обеспечение перегрузочного процесса, документальное сопровождение, погрузка груженых контейнеров на борт судна, доставка до порта Тутикорин и выгрузка груза на склад порта.

    Отмечается, что к особенностям данной отгрузки можно отнести тот факт, что необходимо было выдержать комплектность поставки с учетом традиционного пикового сезона отгрузок – зимний период, конец года. Оборудование должно было быть отгружено в рамках единой коносаментной партии. Для исполнения этой цели было обеспечено своевременное позиционирование 16-ти порожних контейнеров FLAT RACK в порт Санкт-Петербург, согласовано необходимое свободное время пользования контейнерами для затарки и крепления груза, осуществлена единовременная погрузка партии на борт судна в порту Санкт-Петербург. Спец. контейнеры были представлены индийской морской контейнерной линией – SARJAK Containers Lines.

    В настоящее время «Инкотек Карго» формирует в порту Санкт-Петербург три партии негабаритного оборудования для отгрузки на АЭС «Куданкулам». Для этой цели будет задействовано еще 25 контейнеров 40’ FLAT RACK. Всего же с начала работ по отгрузке оборудования для второй очереди АЭС «Куданкулам» «Инкотек Карго» отгрузило из порта Санкт-Петербург уже 2000 фрахтовых тонн габаритного и негабаритного оборудования с использованием 114 контейнеров (Dry Van, Open Top, Flat Rack).

    «Инкотек Карго» является многолетним партнером АО «Атомстройэкспорт».  Компания осуществляет отгрузки комплектного энергетического оборудования для строительства первой очереди (блоки 1 и 2) АЭС «Куданкулам» с 2002 года. За это время было отгружено 49 судовых партий общим объемом 357 000 фрахтовых тонн проектных грузов, в том числе 12 единиц сверхтяжеловесного (единичным весом от 318 до 370 тонн) и негабаритного оборудования производства ОАО «Ижорские Заводы», ОАО «Силовые машины» и ОАО «ЗиО-Подольск». Вместе с тем в адрес индийской атомной станции было доставлено свыше 700 единиц контейнеров с оборудованием.

    В активе «Инкотек Карго» перевозки как для зарубежных, так и для российских атомных станций: Куданкуламской АЭС в Индии, АЭС Руппур в Бангладеш, Бушерской АЭС в Иране, Тяньваньской АЭС в Китае, АЭС Белене в Болгарии, АЭС «Норд» в Германии, Нововоронежской АЭС-2, Калининской АЭС,  Ленинградской АЭС-2.

    Общий объем оборудования, перевезенного компанией в рамках этих проектов, – превысил 500 тыс. фрахтовых тонн. Компания использует в своей работе самую современную технику и сотрудничает с ведущими мировыми производителями и поставщиками подъемно-транспортного оборудования. В активе «Инкотек Карго» также несколько сотен уникальных операций по перевозке тяжеловесных и негабаритных грузов. Это перевозки оборудования  для проекта Sea Launch, для строительства нефтехимических предприятий «Газпромнефть», «Сургутнефтегаз», КИНЕФ, «Салаватнефтеоргсинтез», ОАО «ТАНЕКО», «ЛУКОЙЛ-ПНОС» и многих других.
