    ОАО «Порт Ванино» приобрело новое оборудование для уменьшения пыления при перегрузке навалочных грузов

    ОАО «Порт Ванино» готовится ввести в эксплуатацию четыре новых снегогенератора. Как сообщает пресс-служба стивидорной компании, техника будет доставлена на предприятие в первой декаде февраля 2017 года.

    Снегогенераторы европейского производства способны создавать мощный воздушный поток, формируя облако снежного тумана в радиусе до 100 м. Производительность оборудования – 70 кубических метров искусственного снега в час.

    В конце 2016 года в порту был протестирован и показал свою эффективность первый подобный снегогенератор. Использование данного оборудования позволит Ванинскому морскому торговому порту охватить всю территорию для осуществления пылеподавления. Следовательно, можно будет оперативно свести к минимуму пыление навалочных грузов в зимнее время, ведь как известно, зимний период – самый сложный с точки зрения пылеобразования по причине поступления угля в перемороженном и сухом состоянии.

    Отмечается, что предприятие, выполняя обязательства, взятые в рамках утвержденного правительством Хабаровского края плана мероприятий по предотвращению загрязнения угольной пылью, и находясь в постоянном контакте с общественными организациями и инициативной экологической группой жителей поселка Ванино, произвело расчет влияния последствий погрузо-разгрузочных работ угля на экологию. В целях разработки комплекса дополнительных мер, руководством Предприятия был изучен опыт крупнейших угольных терминалов Прибалтики, Европы, Кореи, использующих грейферную технологию перевалки.

    «Мы заказали еще четыре снегогенератора к уже имеющемуся на предприятии оборудованию. В условиях отрицательных температур, это наиболее эффективное технологическое решение для борьбы с угольной пылью. Преимущество этих установок в том, что они выдают снег, эффективно осаждающий пылевую взвесь. Простота конструкции обеспечивает надежность в эксплуатации. Также немаловажно, что данное оборудование будет использоваться круглогодично, образуя летом водяной туман. В течение 2017 года мы продолжим активную работу в направлении повышения безопасности жизнедеятельности и будем на регулярной основе информировать общественность о достигнутых результатах», – сообщил генеральный директор ОАО «Порт Ванино» Валерий Балакин.

    Во втором квартале текущего года порт ожидает поступления еще одной дорогостоящей единицы техники – высокоскоростной вакуумной погрузочной машины, предназначенной для работы в морских и речных портах, а также промышленных производствах, где требуется собирать просыпи грязи и мусора, а также уголь, глинозем, щебень, пульпу, любые сыпучие и жидкие материалы. Машина представляет собой мощный промышленный пылесос в комплекте с дорожно-подметальной насадкой, которая позволит эффективно и в непрерывном режиме производить очистку (в том числе с возможностью гидроуборки) всей производственной территории предприятия и способствовать ликвидации загрязнения окружающей среды.

    ОАО «Ванинский морской торговый порт» (ОАО «Порт Ванино») - одна из крупнейших стивидорных компаний в порту Ванино, в состав которой наряду с универсальными причалами входят специализированные терминалы: паромный, контейнерный и глиноземный, а также портовый флот, выполняющий швартовые операции, перевозку пассажиров и снабжение судов водой. Согласно списку аффилированных лиц на 31 декабря 2015 года, структура акционеров «Порта Ванино» выглядит следующим образом: «Оперн Трейд Лтд» (Кипр) владеет 17,76% уставного капитала (23,68% обыкновенных акций), ЗАО «Титан» — 18,75% (24,99%), Statula Holdings Ltd (Кипр) — 16,23% (21,64%). Кто стоит за кипрскими компаниями, «Порт Ванино» не раскрывает. Одним из владельцев ЗАО «Титан» является АО «РЖД Логистика».
