    Профессиональную подготовку в области морской транспортировки газа прошли 60 специалистов РС

    Российский морской регистр судоходства (РС) на протяжении 10 лет целенаправленно развивает компетенции в области морской перевозки сжиженного природного газа (СПГ). Как сообщает пресс-служба классификационного общества, к текущему моменту РС добился заметных результатов в этой высокотехнологичной области. Так, профессиональную подготовку в области морской транспортировки газа прошли 60 специалистов Регистра, в классе РС есть газовозы различных типов, портфель заказов по судам для перевозки СПГ сформирован до 2019 года,.

    Правила классификации и постройки газовозов издаются Регистром с 1985 года. Активное развитие газовых проектов в начале 2000 годов стало импульсом для запуска комплексной программы по системному освоению этого сегмента рынка морских перевозок. В конце января 2007 года первая группа сюрвейеров РС получила Сертификаты о прохождении подготовки для освидетельствования газовозов СПГ. Программа обучения, включившая теоретическую и практическую часть, объединила опыт сопровождения проектов строительства современных газовозов одного из мировых лидеров в данной сфере – Американского бюро судоходства и уникальные компетенции Регистра в области судов арктического плавания. В 2008-2010 гг. специализированную подготовку по совместно разработанной классификационными обществами программе прошли около 20 инспекторов РС. В 2012-2014 гг., следуя потребностям рынка, Регистр уже собственными силами подготовил еще две группы сюрвейеров.

    Наличие нормативной и практической базы, а также сертифицированных специалистов дало РС возможность сделать следующий шаг на пути к участию в крупных современных проектах. В 2009 году Регистр приобрел ценный опыт сотрудничества с компанией Gazprom Global LNG в рамках проектной работы по планировавшемуся тогда освоению Штокмановского месторождения. В 2010 году в класс РС принят первый газовоз СПГ - «Grand Aniva».

    Стратегические планы Регистра получили развитие при строительстве на класс РС газовозов типа «Великий Новгород», которое c 2011 года велось на южнокорейской верфи STX Offshore & Shipbuilding по заказу крупнейшей российской судоходной компании «Совкомфлот». Для решения задач по обеспечению таких проектов РС открыл в 2012 году в г. Пусан (Республика Корея) Центр по техническому сопровождению проектирования и строительства судов.

    В 2012 году с учетом современных тенденций и накопленного Регистром опыта были актуализированы Правила РС в отношении газовозов. Развитие программы охватило и область технического наблюдения за специфически сложным оборудованием для судов СПГ. Так, в этом же году РС участвовал в типовых испытаниях новейшей на тот момент системы управления для двухтопливных малооборотных дизельных двигателей фирмы MAN Diesel & Turbo.

    Среди лидеров отрасли, с которыми начал сотрудничать Регистр, особе место занимает компания Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT); соглашение с ней подписано в 2012 году. Благодаря соединению знаний и технологий GTT, известной инженерными решениями для систем хранения и перевозки газа, и Регистра как ведущего эксперта в области классификации судов ледового плавания, был задан новый тренд в судостроении – проектирование и строительство газовозов СПГ, предназначенных для эксплуатации в высоких широтах.

    Сегодня под техническим наблюдением Регистра строится серия не имеющих аналогов арктических газовозов СПГ с ледовым классом Arc7. Еще один уникальный проект - первое судно типа FSRU с арктическим ледовым классом (Arc4).
