    Китайская корпорация СССС проявила интерес к строительству международных транспортных коридоров в Приморье

    Китайская национальная корпорация строительства коммуникаций China Communications Construction Company Limited (СССС) заинтересована в инвестировании в строительство дорог международных транспортных коридоров «Приморье-1», «Приморье-2», а также альтернативной дороги во Владивостоке. Как сообщает пресс-служба губернатора и правительства Приморского края, о своих намерениях представители компании заявили 13 марта 2017 года в рамках переговоров с российской стороной в Хабаровске.

    «Коллеги из China Communications Construction Company Limited собираются участвовать в дорожном строительстве в Приморье. Для этого совместно с ними мы подготовим технико-экономическое обоснование данных проектов, просчитаем экономику. После решения вопросов о финансировании строительства на уровне правительств двух стран возможно будет начать практическую работу. Один из возможных способов сотрудничества – государственно-частное партнерство», – отметил заместитель председателя правительства РФ – полномочный представитель президента РФ в ДФО Юрий Трутнев после встречи с бизнесменами из Китая.

    Напомним, губернатор Приморского края Владимир Миклушевский неоднократно подчеркивал, что транспортные коридоры «Приморье-1» и «Приморье-2», формирующие кратчайшие пути доставки грузов из северо-восточных провинций Китая к портам юга Приморского края, вызывают большой интерес у китайских коллег.

    «Оба коридора действующие, по ним и сегодня перемещаются грузы и пассажиры, но необходимо строительство современной дорожной инфраструктуры. Мы уже приступили к модернизации транспортного коридора «Приморье-1», связывающего край с провинцией Хэйлунцзян, и постепенно строим эту дорогу в четырехполосном исполнении за счет средств краевого и федерального бюджетов. Недавно сдали новый участок протяженностью 18 километров в обход города Артема и готовы приступить к следующему этапу – Большого Камня. Для нас этот участок имеет важное значение, ведь в этом городе реализуется крупнейший инвестпроект – судостроительный завод «Звезда», – подчеркнул Владимир Миклушевский.

    Глава региона отметил, что проект транспортного коридора требует больших капиталовложений, и Приморье готово заключить с партнером концессионное соглашение, предусматривающее возврат инвестиций и дивиденды от дохода.

    «Концепция развития транспортных коридоров была презентована на втором Восточном экономическом форуме. Финансовая модель одобрена правительством страны, предлагаем инвесторам форму государственно-частного партнерства. Уверен, реализация этих проектов принесет большой экономический эффект не только Приморскому краю, но и соседним провинциям Китая», – подчеркнул Владимир Миклушевский.

    Отмечается, что по оценкам экспертов, транспортные коридоры могут сэкономить китайским грузоотправителям до $700 млн в год, за счет сокращения пути, соответственно, стоимости транспортировки и экономии времени. Кроме того, транспортные коридоры откроют новые рынки и для продукции Приморья, которая будет производиться на предприятиях ТОРов и Свободного порта Владивосток.
