    Международное сотрудничество в Арктике продолжается, несмотря на санкции - Дмитрий Рогозин

    Международное сотрудничество в Арктике продолжается, несмотря на санкции. Такое мнение в интервью телеканалу «Россия 24» высказал заместитель председателя правительства России Дмитрий Рогозин. По его словам, IV Международный Арктический Форум «Арктика – территория диалога» открыт для всех иностранных участников. «Нам есть что сказать и нам нечего стесняться», - отметил чиновник. Он подчеркнул, что Россия имеет обширные планы по освоению Арктики, предполагающие сохранение ее экологии, что отличает российскую арктическую повестку дня от манипулирования экологической темой некоторыми странами, не желающими российского присутствия в Арктике.

    Дмитрий Рогозин отметил, что арктическая тема весьма обширна и охватывает множество вопросов - это и создние транспортной инфраструктуры, комфортных условий проживания, обеспечение национальной безопасности, строительство ледокольного флота, формирование национальной базы сопутствующих производств и технологических наработок.

    «Арктика – уникальный регион, где международное сотрудничество сохраняется вне зависимости от политического контекста – таковы законы Арктики. Поэтому на Форуме мы ожидаем представителей 14 государств, в числе которых страны Арктического региона, а также Индия, Китай, Япония и другие неарктические государства. Форум «Арктика – территория диалога» открыт для всех зарубежных коллег, которые готовы к открытому диалогу и выработке решений с учетом национальных интересов каждой страны», - сказал Дмитрий Рогозин.
     
    Дмитрий Рогозин также отметил, что развитие Арктики должно рассматриваться с точки зрения интересов коренного населения, поэтому ключевая тема Форума в 2017 году звучит как «Человек в Арктике»: «В этом смысле арктическая тема для нашей страны - родная и близкая. В Арктике проживает более 2 миллионов граждан Российской Федерации, включая 120 тысяч коренного населения. Для этих людей необходимо создать максимально комфортные условия, которые позволят жителям быть уверенными в возможности получить образование и профессионально самореализоваться».
     
    По словам Дмитрия Рогозина, этому способствуют обсуждения не только во время тематических сессий: «Мы проведём расширенное Заседание Государственной комиссии по вопросам развития Арктики. Уже сегодня ведёт работу Международный молодежный образовательный форум «Арктика. Сделано в России». На полях Международного арктического форума также пройдут Форум арктических муниципалитетов, Встреча губернаторов Северного форума, Арктический бизнес-форум. 30 марта состоится пленарное заседание «Человек в Арктике» с участием Президента Российской Федерации Владимира Путина. Все эти мероприятия призваны способствовать общей цели – вывести жизнь человека в Арктическом регионе на качественно новый уровень».
