    Чистая выручка ПАО «Совкомфлот» по МСФО за 2016 год составила $1,142 млрд, несмотря на волатильность танкерного рынка

    Чистая выручка (выручка в тайм-чартерном эквиваленте – ТЧЭ) крупнейшей судоходной компании России и одной из ведущих в мире компаний по морской транспортировке углеводородов, а также обслуживанию шельфовой разведки и добычи нефти и газа - ПАО «Совкомфлот» - по итогам 2016 года по международным стандартам финансовой отчетности (МСФО) составила $1,142 млрд (2015 год - $1,240 млрд). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба компании.

    Валовая выручка достигла $1,388 млрд (2015 год - $1,483 млрд) даже в условиях значительного (более чем на 40%) снижения спотовых и тайм-чартерных ставок в танкерном сегмент фрахтового рынка.

    Показатель EBITDA достиг $706,5 млн (2015 год - $780,1 млн).
     
    Чистая прибыль составила 206,8 млн долларов США (2015 год - $354,5 млн).

    Состав флота судов с ледовым классом пополнился за счет приобретения девяти современных танкеров.

    Так, приняты в эксплуатацию 3 арктических челночных танкера (дедвейт около 42 тыс. тонн каждый, ледовый класс Arc7) для обслуживания проекта «Новый Порт» в рамках долгосрочных контрактов с компанией «Газпром Нефть».

    Консолидированы в единую структуру под общим брендом SCF Management Services подразделения, отвечающие за техническое управление флотом.

    Возросла доля участия ледокольных судов снабжения «Совкомфлота» в обслуживании проекта «Сахалин-2»: спущено на воду новое судно снабжения «Геннадий Невельской», еще 2 судна (SCF Endeavour and SCF Enterprise) приобретены у компании Swire Pacific Offshore.

    «По итогам года группа СКФ укрепила свое мировое лидерство в сегменте ледокольных судов снабжения морских платформ», - указывается в сообщении.

    Спущен на воду «Кристоф де Маржери» - ультрасовременный арктический танкер-газовоз СПГ (грузовместимость: 172,6 тыс. куб. м СПГ, ледовый класс Arc7), спроектированный и построенный для обслуживания проекта «Ямал СПГ».

    Привлечен долговой капитал в размере $1,26 млрд, включая $750 млн по итогам размещения необеспеченных еврооблигаций и $512 млн  банковских кредитов.

    Привлеченный капитал направлен на финансирование программы обновления флота и на погашение существующих долговых обязательств, отметили в компании.

    Группа компаний «Совкомфлот» (Группа СКФ) – крупнейшая судоходная компания России, одна из ведущих в мире компаний по морской транспортировке углеводородов, а также обслуживанию шельфовой разведки и добычи нефти и газа. Собственный и зафрахтованный флот включает 145 судов общим дедвейтом свыше 13 млн тонн. Треть судов обладает высоким ледовым классом. «Совкомфлот» участвует в обслуживании крупных нефтегазовых проектов в России и мире: «Сахалин-1», «Сахалин-2», «Варандей», «Приразломное», «Новый Порт», «Ямал СПГ», Tangguh (Индонезия). Головной офис компании находится в Санкт-Петербурге, представительства расположены в Москве, Новороссийске, Мурманске, Владивостоке, Южно-Сахалинске, Лондоне, Лимасоле и Дубае.
