    Грузооборот крупных портов Индии за год вырос на 6,79% - до 647,42 млн тонн

    Двенадцать основных портов, находящихся в управлении министерства судоходства Индии, в отчетном финансовом году (апрель 2016 года — март 2017 года) перевалили в общей сложности 647,43 млн тонн различных грузов, показав рекордный годовой рост в 6,79% (в 2015/2016 году этот показатель составил 4,32%). В пресс-релизе министерства отмечается, что при этом 12 государственных портов по объемам обрабатываемых грузов обгоняют второй год подряд частные порты страны, в которых был отмечен рост грузооборота в 4%.‎

    Первое место по объемам грузооборота по-прежнему остается за портом Кандла, где за отчетный период было обработано 105,44 млн тонн грузов (+5,39%). За ним следует порт Парадип с 88,95 млн тонн грузов (+16,45%). Порт Бомбей, где было перевалено 63,05 млн тонн (+3,17%), занимает третье место. В отчете администрации порта Джавахарлала Неру (JNPT) сообщается, что в этом крупнейшем порту Индии в 2016/2017 году был обработан рекордный объем контейнерных грузов – 4,50 млн TEUs. На контейнерном терминале порта JNPCT было перевалено 1,53 млн TEUs, что на 7,33% выше показателя прошлого года.‎

    Самый высокий рост был отмечен в обработке железной руды –  163,67%. В сегменте смешанных и генеральных грузов рост составил 18,53%. Объемы грузов порта погрузки (POL) выросли на 8,16%.‎

    По показателям полученной операционной прибыли в 2016/2017 году основные порты Индии показали самый высокий рост. Прибыль порта JNPT составила 1,3 тыс. крор (крор - 10 млн) рупий, по сравнению прошлым 2015/2016 г. (1091 крор). Например, доход от основной деятельности порта Кандла вырос на 54,4% (651 крор рупий) по сравнению с прошлым годом.‎

    Порт JNPT стал первым крупный портом страны, который привлек кредит в иностранной валюте в размере $400 млн. Порт Kamarajar Port Limited (Ennore) также находится в процессе привлечения иностранного кредита в размере $100 млн. В министерстве отмечают, что этот режим финансирования при низких процентных ставках и естественном хеджировании впервые применяется в основных портах для развития их инфраструктуры.‎

    В ‎отношении развития портовой инфраструктуры в отчетный период было запущено 56 проектов, чтобы нарастить перевалочные мощности на 103,52 млн тонн в год (против целевых 102 млн тонн) с объемом инвестиций в размере 9490,51 крор рупий.‎

    Показатели эффективности в крупных портах также неуклонно улучшаются. В отчетный период среднее время простоя / обработки судна сократилось до 3,44 дней (3,64 дня в прошлом году и 4,38 дней в 2009/2010 г.)

    Порт Мумбаи стал морскими воротами для круизного туризма. В этот порт 29 октября 2016 года зашло крупнейшее в Азии круизное судно Genting Dream вместимостью 3,4 тыс. пассажиров гостей. На этом судне было перевезено 1,9 тыс. пассажиров от Мумбаи в Сингапур через порт Коломбо. В отчетном периоде в порт Бомбей совершили судозаход 51 круизное судно. Всего же в 2016/2017 году в пяти основных портах ошвартовались 158 круизных судов, что на 23% больше по сравнению с прошлым годом.‎

    В 2016/2017 г. министерство судоходства заключило дноуглубительные контракты стоимостью 1963,17 крор рупий на реализацию второй очереди проекта по углублению подходных каналов портов Мумбаи и JNPT до отметки 15 м. Завершена разработка генерального плана развития припортовых индустриальных районов портов Парадип и Кандла. В порту Парадип создается мультимодальный логистический парк.

    Министерство судоходства Индии отвечает за разработку и реализацию норм, правил и законов, касающихся судоходства, морского транспорта и деятельности портов.
