    ОАО «Порт Камбарка» (Удмуртская республика) проведет ГОСА 29 мая

    ОАО «Порт Камбарка» (Удмуртская республика, входит в Группу Мечел) проведет годовое общее собрание акционеров (ГОСА) 29 мая 2017 года, говорится в материалах компании.

    На повестку дня ГОСА вынесены следующие вопросы: об утверждении годового отчета Общества за 2016 год; об утверждении годовой бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности Общества за 2016 год; о распределении прибыли (в том числе выплата (объявление) дивидендов) и убытков Общества по результатам 2016 отчетного года; об избрании членов Совета директоров Общества; об избрании членов Ревизионной комиссии Общества; об утверждении аудитора Общества; об утверждении Устава Общества в новой редакции; об утверждении Положения о порядке созыва и проведения общего собрания акционеров Общества в новой редакции; об утверждении Положения о Совете директоров Общества в новой редакции; об утверждении Положения о Ревизионной комиссии Общества в новой редакции.

    Порт Камбарка является одним из крупнейших в Камском речном бассейне, расположен в 400 км ниже по течению от города Пермь.

    Через порт Камбарка грузы Группы «Мечел» и сторонних компаний направляются по внутренним водным путям России в сторону Балтийского и Каспийского морей, а также Черноморско-Средиземноморского бассейна. Железнодорожные пути порта по отдельной ветке примыкают к Транссибирской магистрали.

    Порт имеет причальную стенку длиной 620 м с гарантированной глубиной судового хода и подходов к причалам 4 м. Протяженность внутренних железнодорожных путей в 3,8 км позволяет одновременно ставить на фронт погрузки до 60 вагонов. Погрузочно-разгрузочные работы ведутся восемью портальными кранами грузоподъемностью от 5 до 20 тонн. Общая площадь склада составляет 38300 кв. м.

    Предприятие специализируется на перевалке навалочных грузов (уголь, щебень, гипсовый камень, бутовый камень, песок, ПГС, глинозем) и тарно-штучных грузов (слябы, заготовка, металлопрокат, трубная продукция).

    Порт Камбарка переваливает порядка 1 млн тонн грузов за навигацию. Через порт осуществляются поставки продукции в Турцию, Румынию, Болгарию и далее в Центральную и Западную Европу.
