    В морском порту Охотск (Хабаровский край) 2 мая открылась навигация с ограничениями

    Принимая во внимание освобождение ото льда акватории морского порта Охотск (Хабаровский край), а также учитывая невскрытие ото льда реки Кухтуй, отсутствие промеров глубин акватории морского порта Охотск и подходов к причалам с 00:00 (местное время) 2 мая 2017 года навигация 2017 года считается открытой с ограничениями.

    Согласно распоряжению №1 от 28 апреля 2017 года и.о. капитана порта Василия Чика, допускаются к самостоятельному плаванию на акватории морского порта Охотск и на подходах к нему суда осадкой не более 2,0 м, валовой вместимостью не более 78; капитанам судов предписано соблюдать повышенную готовность в связи с возможным выносом льда из устья реки Кухтуй, плавание осуществлять в светлое время суток, главный двигатель поддерживать в постоянной готовности для обеспечения немедленного отхода судна от причала по распоряжению капитана морского порта Охотск; перед выходом в море пройти проверку инспекцией государственного портового контроля и получить разрешение капитана морского порта Охотск.
