    Damen поставит порту Сакр (ОАЭ) азимутальный буксир серии ASD 2913 Tug (фото, рис.)

    Представители порта Сакр (Saqr Port, входит в Rash Al Khaimah (RAK) Ports, ОАЭ) подписали контракт с DAMEN Shipyards Group на поставку буксира проекта ASD 2913, сообщает пресс-служба нидерландской судостроительной группы.

    Судно будет построено на верфи Albardy DAMEN в Шардже. Передача судна запланирована на середину 2018 года, к дате открытия нового терминала для насыпных и навалочных грузов в порту Сакр.

    Порт Сакр (капитан порта Майкл Маги) является основным портом на Ближнем Востоке и важнейшей частью региональной экономики. Расположенный у подножия гор Хаджар, порт вносит свой вклад в быстрый рост промышленности в эмирате Рас-Аль-Хайма (ОАЭ). Ежегодно в порту переваливается 55 млн тонн сыпучих и навалочных крузов, экспортируемых в страны Персидского залива. Администрация портов RAK Ports строит новые глубоководные причалы, где будут приниматься суда типоразмера сapesize.

    Перед подписанием контракта специалисты подразделения продаж группы DAMEN обсуждали с заказчиком (Saqr Port) оптимальный для порта выбор класса буксира. Представители порта выразили пожелание, что судно должно быть компактным и одновременно мощным, чтобы иметь возможность сопровождать и швартовать крупные суда на новом терминале и работать в акватории порта. В то же время в порту бывают внезапные и очень сильные порывы ветра из-за близость гор Хаджар.

    Выбранное судно проекта ASD 2913 отвечает большинству указанных параметров, в том числе имеет тяговое усилие в 80 тонн при длине судна 29 м, высокие надводные части борта и приподнятый квартердек для безопасной работы в условиях сильного волнения на море.

    Контракт был подписан в начале апреля 2017 года капитаном Клиффом Брандом и главным управляющим судостроительной группы Коммером Даменом, что должно подчеркнуть важность для DAMEN давнего клиента RAK Ports. В церемонии приняли участие ‎капитан порта администрации RAK Ports Майкл Маги, региональный менеджер продаж на Ближнем Востоке группы DAMEN Паскаль Слингерланд, директор-распорядитель группы RAK Ports капитан Бранд и управляющий директор DAMEN Ларс Сейструп.

    В настоящее время в составе флота RAK Ports есть буксирные суда серий ASD 2411 и 2310, а также пять буксиров линейки DAMEN Stan Tug.

    Помимо последнего заказа судостроительный завод Albwardy DAMEN (прежнее название DAMEN Shipyards Sharjah) в настоящее время строит три больших роторных буксира и самоходную самоподъемную баржу, а также небольшие азимутальные буксиры ASD и земснаряды CSD.

    Международная судостроительная группа DAMEN Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем, Нидерланды) объединяет 40 судостроительных и судоремонтных верфей. Общая численность персонала компании по всему миру составляет 9 тыс. человек. Компанией построено на сегодняшний день более 6 тыс. судов по всему миру и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 160 новых судов. DAMEN специализируется в проектировании и строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных, высокоскоростных и грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов для ликвидации аварийных разливов нефти (ЛАРН), фрегатов и мега-яхт.
