    В Иркутской области начался северный завоз на реке Лена (фото)

    В Иркутской области начался северный завоз 2017 года на реке Лена – в Усть-Куте на баржи отгружено 10,5 тыс. тонн угля, который предназначен для нужд Бодайбинского района, первое судно с 3,5 тыс. тонн угля уже отправлено. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба министерства жилищной политики, энергетики и транспорта региона.

    В период навигации для предстоящего отопительного периода 2017-2018 гг планируется доставить не менее 95 тыс. тонн угля и 6 тыс. тонн нефтеналивного груза. На сегодняшний день по результатам конкурсных процедур заключены договоры и муниципальные контракты на приобретение и доставку основного объема топлива со следующими поставщиками: ООО «ВЛСК», ООО «Витим-Лес», ООО «Терминал ВЛРП».

    Отмечается, что реализация программы северного завоза в регионе находится на постоянном контроле правительства Иркутской области. Осуществляется ежедневный мониторинг ситуации по завозу топливно-энергетических ресурсов для нужд организаций жилищно-коммунального комплекса, а также гидрологической обстановки на реках Лена и Витим. Все проблемные вопросы в тесном взаимодействии с участниками навигации (ВСЖД – филиал ОАО «РЖД», Осетровский речной порт, поставщики топлива) решаются в оперативном порядке.

    В ходе заседаний штаба по северному завозу, проходящих еженедельно в министерстве жилищной политики, энергетики и транспорта Иркутской области, отмечается готовность сил и средств всех участников процесса. Вместе с тем, специалисты-метеорологи отмечают высокую вероятность маловодности реки Лена и ее притоков, как и в предыдущие годы.
