    Спасатели России, Норвегии, Финляндии и Швеции ликвидировали последствия «столкновения судов» в акватории Онежского озера (фото)

    На акватории Онежского озера возле Речного вокзала города Петрозаводск 7 сентября 2017 года состоялся четвертый этап международных учений Barents Rescue 2017. Спасатели отрабатывали взаимодействие органов управления и спасательных подразделений России, Норвегии, Финляндии и Швеции при ликвидации последствий столкновения двух судов с последующим пожаром на одном из них. Как сообщает пресс-служба ГУ МЧС России по Республике Карелия, к проведению этапа было привлечено более 40 единиц техники и 200 человек личного состава.

    Старт последнего этапа учений был дан в 10:00 мск. Согласно легенде на акватории Онежского озера произошло столкновение грузового и пассажирского судов. В результате условного происшествия на грузовом судне произошло возгорание. Пассажиры теплохода находясь в состоянии паники и некоторые из них выпрыгнули за борт. В первые минуты экипаж теплохода оповестил экстренные службы города Петрозаводска о происшествии и предпринял меры по проведению спасательных работ собственными силами.

    К месту чрезвычайной ситуации незамедлительно были направлены катера Государственной инспекции по маломерным судам МЧС России с российскими спасателями на борту. Чуть позже на место происшествия  прибыли спасатели Карельской республиканской поисково-спасательной службы. Силами данных подразделений была осуществлена работа по спасению пострадавших на воде.

    Вместе с инспекторами ГИМС в район проведения спасательной операции прибыли сотрудники Петрозаводского линейного отдела внутренних дел на транспорте. Помимо спасения людей в их задачу входит перекрыть доступ посторонним судам в зону проведения спасательных работ.

    Далее в район проведения аварийно-спасательных работ прибыли подразделения специализированной пожарно-спасательной части Республики Карелия и сотрудники первого отряда федеральной противопожарной службы по Республике Карелия. К этому моменту с теплохода уже было спасено 20 человек силами экипажа.

    К месту проведения аварийно-спасательных работ прибыли специалисты медицинских учреждений, которые начали оказывать помощь пострадавшим, осуществлять медицинскую сортировку и доставку их в лечебные учреждения. Параллельно с работой медицинских подразделений была организована работа психологов Центра экстренной психологической помощи МЧС России.

    Спустя некоторое время в район проведения спасательной операции прибыл вертолет Ми-8 Авиационного спасательного центра. На борту вертолета находились спасатели Арктического спасательного учебно-научного центра «Вытегра», которые произвели десантирование на теплоход при помощи спасательных устройств. Также экипажем вертолета был организован подъем одного пострадавшего из воды.

    В то же самое время в зону условной чрезвычайной ситуации прибыло противопожарное судно «Вьюн», которое приступило к тушению пожара на грузовом судне. Параллельно с тушением пожара с помощью водного буксира была организована работа по буксировке пассажирского теплохода в порт. Именно в этот момент спасателям поступила новая вводная, о том, что во время буксировки на теплоходе произошло условное загорание, четыре члена экипажа не выходят на связь. Для организации ликвидации пожара на берегу были сосредоточены пожарные из Швеции.

    После проведения поисково-спасательных работ на месте чрезвычайной ситуации начинаются работы по поиску утонувших. В организации данных работ приняли участие водолазы из Финляндии и России. Для поисков также был применнн телеуправляемый необитаемый подводный аппарат «Фалькон».

    На берегу в это же самое время кинологические расчеты из Норвегии и Швеции осуществляли поиск возможных пострадавших.
