    Азербайджанская верфь Keppel O&M построила судно для строительства подводных сооружений

    Бакинский судостроительный завод (Бакинская верфь), совместное предприятие Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd (Keppel O & M), Государственной нефтяной компании Азербайджана (SOCAR) и Азербайджанской инвестиционной компании (АИК) завершило строительство судна «Ханкенди» для строительства и монтажа подводных объектов (SCV) для Каспийский региона, говорится в сообщении Keppel.

    «Ханкенди» будет размещено на месторождении Шах-Дениз, где оно в течение 11 лет будет использоваться при монтаже и строительстве подводных объектов. Строительное судно было специально спроектировано и построено для установки самой большой подводной добывающей системы в Каспийском море в рамках второй очереди проекта «Шах Дениз-2».

    Специализированное судно было построен по проекту Marine Technology Development, проектно-конструкторского подразделения Keppel O & M. Keppel Singmarine, дочерняя судостроительная компания Keppel O & M, построила две полосы корпуса судна для безопасной транспортировки через узкий Волго-Донской канал до Бакинского судостроительного завода, где судно было достроено.

    Общие характеристики судна: длина – 155 м, ширина - 32 м, площадь палубы – 2 тыс. кв. м. Общий вес – 17,6 тыс. тонн, осадка - 6,5 м, грузоподъемность – 5 тыс. тонн. Судно имеет два машинных отделения с шестью генераторами мощностью по 4,4-мгвт и двумя – мощностью по 3,2 мВт. Судно оснащено системой динамического позиционирования, что позволяет выполнять работы при волнах высотой 3,5 м. На палубе установлен главный кран грузоподъемностью 900 тонн для проведения операций на глубине до 600 м. Среди специального оборудования – две водолазные капсульные системы на 18 человек, два глубоководных управляемых аппарата и шахта для спуска оборудования. «Ханкенди» сможет выполнять сложные работы без установки якорей.

    На судне смогут разместиться до 175 человек, включая экипаж и специалистов.

    Бакинский судостроительный завод (г. Баку, Азербайджан) является совместным предприятием Keppel O & M (10%), Государственной нефтяной компании Азербайджана (65%) и Азербайджанской инвестиционной компании (25%). Верфь начала работу в 2013 году и специализируется в строительстве различных типов специализированных и гражданских судов, включая суда для подводных работ, буксирные суда снабжения и обслуживания якорей буровых платформ, многоцелевые вспомогательные суда, танкеров и грузовых судов. Верфь также занимается ремонтом и конверсией судов.

    Keppel Singmarine - специализированное судостроительное подразделение Keppel O & M, которое спроектировало и построила более 400 судов различных характеристик и задач.
