    Кировский завод отгрузил первую турбину для ледокола «Арктика» (фото)

    АО «Завод «Киров-Энергомаш» (дочернее общество ОАО «Кировский завод») 20 сентября 2017 года отгрузило заказчику главный турбогенератор (ГТГ) правого борта головного универсального атомного ледокола «Арктика» проекта 22220. Двухцилиндровая паровая турбина и генератор на рамах были доставлены на Балтийский завод 300-тонным плавучим краном. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба «Кировского завода».

    Первый из двух ГТГ паротурбинной установки (ПТУ) крупнейшего в мире атомохода нового поколения спроектирован и изготовлен на Кировском заводе по контракту с ООО «Балтийский завод - Судостроение».

    Головной образец турбоагрегата новейшей конструкции успешно прошел полный цикл предварительных (заводских) и приемочных испытаний на стенде «Киров-Энергомаша», введенном в строй после глубокой модернизации в мае этого года.

    Турбогенератор испытывался в разных режимах: на холостом ходу, под номинальной нагрузкой 36 МВт в течение 72 часов, с выходом на 110% номинальной мощности и полным сбросом нагрузки. При этом осуществлялась тщательная пошаговая проверка, доводка и отладка всех узлов и систем самого ГТГ, а также комплекса стендового оборудования. Проведенная по окончании испытаний ревизия изделия, проходившая при участии членов межведомственной приемочной комиссии, подтвердила работоспособность и надежность конструкции, созданной турбостроителями Кировского завода. «Отгрузка первого турбогенератора - это знаковое событие для нашего предприятия, - отметил директор ЗАО «Завод «Киров-Энергомаш» Олег Бухарин. - Впервые за последние тридцать лет с нуля создана новая машина, что дает право говорить о возрождении турбостроения на Кировском заводе в полном объеме. В ходе проектирования и изготовления турбоагрегата мы и наши контрагенты получили колоссальный опыт, который поможет быстрее и эффективнее реализовать последующие проекты. Наша ближайшая задача - в октябре-ноябре испытать и отгрузить на Балтийский завод ГТГ левого борта для «Арктики», который уже перемещен из цеха на стенд. В дальнейшем специалисты «Киров-Энергомаша» будут производить монтаж паротурбинной установки на ледоколе, примут участие в швартовых и ходовых испытаниях судна. А параллельно завод ведет строительство четырех главных турбогенераторов для ПТУ серийных универсальных атомных ледоколов «Сибирь» и «Урал» проекта 22220».

    Вице-премьер России Дмитрий Рогозин на своей странице в Facebook поздравил кировцев: «Первая турбина для нового поколения атомных ледоколов прошла на новом стенде «Киров-Энергомаша» все испытания и отправилась на «Балтийский завод - Судостроение». Поздравляю заводчан!»
