    Арестованное в ОАЭ российское судно Crystal East подаст сигнал SOS

    Арестованное по иску «Газпромбанка» судно Crystal East под флагом РФ, которое стоит в порту Шардж (ОАЭ) с семью российскими моряками на борту, 19 октября 2017 года подаст сигнал SOS, чтобы привлечь внимание портовых властей к проблеме его жизнеобеспечения. На судне заканчивается топливо, сообщил 18 октября корреспонденту ТАСС представитель компании-судовладельца «Находка Портбункер» Вячеслав Цой.

    «Через пять дней на судне закончится топливо, бункер, и тогда оно окажется обесточенным, а все продукты, что на нем есть, испортятся. Мы направили официальные письма правлению банка и консулу о том, что планируем дать сигнал SOS в порту. Это позволит привлечь внимание портовых властей к проблеме жизнеобеспечения судна», - рассказал собеседник.

    В письме на имя консула РФ в Дубае и Северных Эмиратах Гочи Буачидзе и председателя правления «Газпромбанка» Андрея Акимова, которое есть в распоряжении ТАСС, говорится, что при отсутствии запасов собственного бункера судно будет обесточено, отключатся системы кондиционирования и морозильные камеры, это может привести к ситуации, когда люди физически не смогут находиться на судне. У «Находка Портбункер» и конкурсного управляющего отсутствует возможность несения расходов по обеспечению судна продуктами питания, водой, связью, собственным бункерным топливом и маслом, отметил собеседник.

    Похожая ситуация сложилась на еще одном судне компании, нефтеналивном танкере Carolina Wind, на ней также находятся семь моряков, но их документы на борту судна, и планируется, что люди в ближайшее время покинут корабль. На нем запасов топлива хватит на шесть дней, оно также подаст сигнал бедствия.

    Судно Crystal East стоит в порту с июля, на борту находятся семь моряков из Приморского края, которые обратились в профсоюз с просьбой помочь вернуть документы и организовать репатриацию. К ситуации подключились дипломаты. Так, по словам консула РФ в Дубае (ОАЭ) Антона Шарагова, консульство плотно занимается этой проблемой уже два месяца. Шарагов сообщил, что консульство находится в контакте с транспортной службой эмирата, в котором стоит арестованное судно, с министерством иностранных дел ОАЭ, портовыми властями. Он пояснил, что российские моряки смогут беспрепятственно покинуть арабскую страну после смены экипажа, которая задерживается из-за того, что местные агенты отказываются работать с судном.
