    Одобрены результаты ценового и технологического аудита проектной документации по строительству Багаевского гидроузла, сообщает пресс-служба Росморречфлота.

    В Аналитическом центре при правительстве Российской Федерации состоялись слушания по обсуждению результатов публичного технологического и ценового аудита проектной документации на строительство объектов 1-го и 2-го этапов проектирования (объекты подготовительного и основного периодов строительства) Багаевского низконапорного гидроузла на реке Дон.

    В слушаниях приняли участие представители Экспертного совета при правительстве Российской Федерации, заместитель руководителя Федерального агентства морского и речного транспорта Виктор Вовк,  заместитель директора Департамента государственной политики в области морского и речного транспорта Минтранса РФ Ирина Ориничева, представители компаний-проектантов, эксперты из отраслевых проектных и строительных организаций.

    Отмечается, что особое внимание в рамках слушаний уделялось вопросам оценки объемов грузопотока через будущий гидроузел, технико-экономическому обоснованию проекта строительства, учету ранее выданных замечаний Экспертного совета при правительстве РФ к результатам технологического и ценового аудита, оценке воздействия будущего строительства на окружающую среду, влияния будущего строительства на социально-экономическую ситуацию в регионе и т.д.

    По итогам обсуждений принято решение одобрить результаты технологического и ценового аудита проектной документации на строительство объектов подготовительного и основного этапов Багаевского гидроузла на реке Дон.

    Реализация проекта  строительства Багаевского гидроузла - крупнейшее событие для водного комплекса страны, которое позволит решить проблему поддержания гарантированных глубин судового хода на 80-километровом участке Единой глубоководной системы на Нижнем Дону.

    О необходимости преодоления инфраструктурных ограничений для развития водного транспорта страны говорил президент России Владимир Путин на заседании президиума Госсовета по вопросу развития внутренних водных путей в августе 2016 года. Он отметил, что из-за узких, точнее, мелких мест на ЕГС, где глубина значительно ниже минимально необходимой для прохождения судов, фактически возникло разделение Волги и Нижнего Дона на отдельные участки с плохой коммуникацией.

    Строительство Багаевского гидроузла предусмотрено ФЦП «Развитие транспортной системы России (2010-2020 годы)» (входит в госпрограмму «Развитие транспортной системы»). Реализация этого проекта также включена в схему территориального планирования РФ в области федерального транспорта (железнодорожного, воздушного, морского, внутреннего водного), автомобильных дорог федерального значения, утвержденную распоряжением правительства от 19 марта 2013 года. Максимальная стоимость строительства гидроузла, включая обустройство его водохранилища – 22 млрд руб.
