  Завершились международные учения спасательных служб прикаспийских государств «Каспий-2017»

  Завершились международные учения спасательных служб прикаспийских государств «Каспий-2017», сообщает пресс-служба МЧС России.В ходе учений отрабатывались вопросы совместного реагирования аварийно-спасательных служб России, Азербайджана, Ирана, Казахстана и Туркменистана при ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций на суше и воде, в том числе при столкновении судов, дорожно-транспортных происшествиях, пожарах и обрушении зданий.
  
  Практическая часть учений «Каспий-2017» проходила на юго-западе Каспийского моря в территориальных водах Азербайджана. Одним из заданий была отработка спасения членов экипажей морских судов, которые потерпели крушение. Самолет Бе-200ЧС МЧС России обследовал район условной чрезвычайной ситуаци.   В этом время внтури находились спасатели Южного регионального поисково-спасательного отряда, которые после приводнения самолета осуществляли эвакуацию пострадавших с плотов на борт воздушного судна
  
  Также спасатели МЧС России продемонстрировали беспарашютное десантирование из вертолета и эвакуацию пострадавшего на носилках на борт Ми-8 с площадки нефтяной платформы.
  
  В учениях были задействованы более 1500 тысяч пожарных, спасателей и свыше 300 единиц техники из всех прикаспийских государств, в том числе от МЧС России - 43 человека и 8 единиц техники.
  
  Российское чрезвычайное ведомство представляла объединенная группировка спасателей Южного и Северо-Кавказского региональных поисково-спасательных отрядов МЧС России со своей специализированной техникой и оборудованием.
  
  Напомним, что 29 сентября 2014 года в г. Астрахань было подписано соглашение о сотрудничестве в сфере предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций в Каспийском море между Российской Федерацией, Азербайджаном, Ираном, Казахстаном и Туркменистаном.
  
  Соглашение регулирует вопросы взаимодействия указанных государств в случае возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера в Каспийском регионе и применяется в целях оказания взаимопомощи в деле борьбы со стихийными бедствиями и техногенными авариями.
