    «Морпорт Санкт-Петербург» принял в эксплуатацию очередную партию техники - четыре вилочных автопогрузчика (фото)

    АО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург» (МП СПб, входит в UCL Holding) приняло в эксплуатацию очередную партию техники – четыре вилочных автопогрузчика Kalmar, которые будут в основном задействованы в перегрузке слябов, рулонного стального и другого металлопроката. Как сообщает пресс-служба стивидорной компании, новые машины позволят увеличить интенсивность обработки грузопотока черных и цветных металлов.

    Два автопогрузчика имеют грузоподъемность 16 тонн и два – 33 тонны, высота подъема вил у каждого – 5 м, что также позволяет использовать погрузчики для формирования контейнерных штабелей. Отличительная особенность новых машин – наличие у них дополнительного светодиодного освещения, которое обеспечивает более безопасную работу докеров в темное время суток при сохранении стабильно высокой производительности погрузо-разгрузочных работ.

    Поставка автопогрузчиков осуществляется в соответствии с программой развития АО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург», в рамках которой компания в течение двух лет, с 2016 года, уже обновила около 30% машин внутрипортовой механизации. За данный период МП СПб приобретены 46 автопогрузчиков грузоподъемностью от 3 до 42 тонн, пять тягачей и терминальный полуприцеп грузоподъемностью 65 тонн, два ковшовых погрузчика, четыре ричстакера. МП СПб также введены в эксплуатацию два перегружателя MANTSINEN 200(ES) грузоподъемностью 30 тонн каждый.

    В рамках реализации данной программы развития в течение двух лет компания приобрела более 40 единиц грузозахватных приспособлений, технологической оснастки и дополнительного оборудования для портовой техники. Среди них, например, автономная крановая электромагнитная траверса «АРМАГ» с бензиновым электрогенератором – она позволяет нарастить интенсивность обработки металлов и исключить риск случайного сброса груза из-за возможных сбоев в электроснабжении.

    В следующем году МП СПб продолжит техническое перевооружение терминалов. Помимо двух десятков машин внутрипортовой механизации, а также дополнительного оборудования к ним, компания планирует приобрести два новых портальных крана грузоподъемностью 40 т каждый.

Оперирует современными универсальными перегрузочными комплексами генеральных и навалочных грузов, а также специализированными терминалами по обработке ро-ро грузов и контейнеров. В 2016 году грузооборот компании составил 7,3 млн тонн, за 9 месяцев 2017 года – 5,1 млн тонн грузов.
