    Шведское судоремонтное подразделение Damen изготовит специальные резервуары для хранения радиоактивных материалов (фото)

    Damen Oskarshamnsvarvet (шведское подразделение DAMEN Shiprepair & Conversion) получила контракт на изготовление специальных резервуаров из прецизионных сплавов со своими встроенными кассетами от оператора трех ядерных ректоров OKG на полуострове Симпеварп (Швеция), сообщает пресс-служба DAMEN Shipyards Group.

    Резервуары будут спроектированы и изготовлены специально для хранения радиоактивных частей реакторов в процессе утилизации в связи с выводом и демонтажем двух устаревших реакторов.

    Поставки OKG запланированы на весну 2018 года и до конца 2019 года. Контракт на разборку реакторов получила General Electric, которая выполнит работу по размельчению частей, которые затем будут помещены в стальные резервуары, которые будут поставлены Damen. Резервуары будут разных проектов: большинство из них со стенками толщиной 50 мм, остальные – до 100 мм и 150 мм.

    В настоящее время судоремонтный завод DAMEN в Швеции выполняет ремонт и модернизацию 77-метрового Ro-Ro парома Castella по заказу шведского управления транспорта (Trafikverket).

    Damen Oskarshamnsvarvet Sweden выполняет судоремонт и техническое обслуживание всех типов судов, плавающих в регионе Балтийского моря, включая суда длиной до 80 м. Кроме того, судоремонтный завод выполняет контракты, не связанные с морской отраслью, изготавливая тяжелые крупногабаритные металлические конструкции с применением сварочных работ. Верфь имеет сертификат ISO 3834-2, подтверждающий соответствие строгим стандартам качества при проведении сварки плавлением. На территории завода также расположен покрасочный цех (построенный в 2009 году и сертифицированный для аналогичного проекта).
