    Нефтепровод Бургас-Александруполис будет дешевле, чем Баку-Джейхан - Семен Вайншток

    Президент ОАО "Транснефть" Семен Вайншток считает, что подготовка к строительству нефтепровода Бургас-Александруполис займет намного меньше года, но отказывается назвать цену строительства, передает ПРАЙМ-ТАСС. "Нефтепровод будет дешевле Баку-Джейхан, но не буду прогнозировать цену проекта, - сказал он. - Все подготовительные процедуры мы проведем в максимально возможно короткие сроки, могу это гарантировать, это не один-два года, а много, много меньше". "Все участники нефтебизнеса в Черноморском бассейне будут ходить через Бургас-Александруполис", - сказал Вайншток.

    Глава компании твердо убежден в успехе проекта. "Назовите хотя бы один, а не два неудачных проекта "Транснефти", - предложил он журналистам. "Я не допускаю и мысли, что будет неудача, мы обречены на успех, хорошо взвесили все, чтобы войти в проект", - пояснил Вайншток. Отказываясь назвать точную цену проекта, Вайншток в качестве примера привел ВСТО. "В 2004 году цена одной трубы была 1 тыс 300 долларов, а сейчас - 2 тыс 800", - сказал он. Он уточнил, что "Транснефть" не будет вкладывать ничего, участники консорциума будут привлекать средства на внешнем рынке".

    Вайншток пояснил, что подписанное сегодня соглашение "дает право получить от болгарской и греческой сторону участников проекта". "С этими номинантами будет создана международная проектная компания и будет зарегистрирован ее головной офис, затем мы определяем участников и наделяем их средствами. Международная компания начинает работать", - сказал Вайншток. По его словам, международная компания сначала "объявит конкурс на ТЭО и проектно-изыскательские работы, затем будет объявлен тендер на управляющую компанию, а она объявит конкурс на строительно-монтажные работы. Только на этой стадии можно сказать цену проекта".
