    Выполнен первый этап госконтракта по проектированию крупнотоннажного морского НИС для рыбохозяйственной науки

    В соответствии с календарным планом выполнен первый этап госконтракта по проектированию крупнотоннажного морского научно-исследовательского судна (НИС) для рыбохозяйственной науки. Как сообщает пресс-служба Росрыболовства, об основных характеристиках и возможностях судна рассказал заместитель главного конструктора Центрального конструкторского бюро по судам на подводных крыльях им. Р.Е. Алексеева Константин Рыпалов на совещании под председательством заместителя министра сельского хозяйства России – руководителя Федерального агентства по рыболовству Ильи Шестакова.

    Проект палубно-лабораторного комплекса судна выполнен с учетом последних достижений в проектировании рыболовных НИС. Были учтены заявки и пожелания Всероссийского научно-исследовательского института рыбного хозяйства и океанографии (ВНИРО) и бассейновых НИИ, для которых будут строиться новые суда.

    Как отметил Рыпалов, анализ текущего состояния зарубежного научного судостроения позволил подготовить научно-технические материалы и рекомендации по основным направлениям океанологического, рыбопромыслового и технологического комплексов, обеспечивающих проведение таких операций, как забортные работы на дрейфовых и якорных станциях, а также на ходу судна; гидроакустические съемки, работы с промысловым вооружением и предварительная обработка проб.

    Кроме этого, возможности судна должны позволять проводить сбор и транспортировку живых образцов гидробионтов и создавать новые виды рыбной продукции: делать опытные партии и исследовать качества в процессе хранения.

    Проект предполагает размещение на борту судна, кроме расширенного состава палубно-лабораторного комплекса, специальные выдвижные кили с гидроакустическими антеннами для поиска и оценки рыбных скоплений, проточную систему отбора забортной воды, метеолабораторию с круговым обзором, интегрированную в конструкцию судовой мачты. Предусмотрена также площадка для двух 10-футовых контейнерных лабораторий и сетка креплений на кормовой палубе для установки дополнительного оборудования.

    Разноплановым будет и специальное оборудование для исследований, в том числе вертолет, беспилотные летательные аппараты, автономный необитаемый подводный аппарат, безэкипажный катер и автономный носитель гидрофизической аппаратуры.

    При обсуждении дальнейшей проектной работы отмечено, что необходимо провести обсуждение и услышать мнение капитанов по поводу технологии управления судном.

    Присутствующие на совещании директора АтлантНИРО и ТИНРО-Центра подтвердили, что на данном этапе учтены все их пожелания и требования к закладываемым в проекте возможностям судна.

    В связи с озвученной потребностью в новых судах меньших размеров руководитель Росрыболовства поручил подготовить обоснование проектирования и строительства НИС до 50-60 м.
